Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Soggiorno con divano angolo e zona pranzo per 8 pers. Due bagni con di wc bidet lavello e grande doccia. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento. La camera nr 1 ha un letto matrimoniale e un grande armadio, la nr 2 ha due letti singoli trasformabili in letto matrimoniale più letto singolo , uno a castello e un armadio.

Vicinanze a supermercati,ristoranti,bar,mercatini serali,feste in piazza,imbarchi per le isole dell'arcipelago di La Maddalena.lucernario camera da letto, non dotata di spazi esterni,nessuno vieta di poter stendere nella vietta,gli abitanti della via amano sedersi fuori dalla porta di casa per scambiare due chiacchere nelle serate estive,troviamo tutto questo molto caratteristico! Vi aspettiamo! :)

Gli interni sono progettati dall'Host-Architetto, che ci ha messo amore per definire ogni singolo arredo. Il contesto è di prestigio, all'interno di un residence appena riqualificato con piscina. Bellissimo terrazzo sul mare dove fare colazione e cena guardando il faro di Porto Faro e le barche che veleggiano verso La Maddalena. Esci di casa e sei subito in spiaggia. Per i mesi di LUG ed AGO si richiede prenotazione di almeno 2 settimane consecutive. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti extra, solo su richiesta (30euro/pers/week). N.B. Extra è dovuta L'IMPOSTA di SOGGIORNO.
