Vacation rentals with lake access in Lipa City

The place was beautiful. All the help that we needed was provided for. Fortunate also that we booked this place because for around 3 hours, a blackout had occurred but the place had a generator so we didn’t have to worry about it. The host was very responsive.

As guests at Angelita’s place. Is a place we treasured the long weekend vacation-we were in Canyon Woods. Our companion Pusoy is very accommodating and helpful in every way he can to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend the place for a collective and relaxing place to visit the natural beauty of mountains, rolling hills, food trips, and of course the raw views of Taal Volcano.

House is way way more spacious and the view is amazing. Rooms are downstairs and the working kitchen is upstairs. We were able to cook our own food. The caretakers were nice and gave us privacy. We weren't able to meet James but he was responsive on my inquiries. Thanks for a great stay! I wish we stayed one more night.

We truly enjoyed every part of the stay — from the breathtaking view and the cozy, relaxing vibe of the accommodation to the peace and quiet that made the trip so refreshing. We’re especially thankful for the flexibility, which allowed us to make the most of the pool and enjoy some extra time under the sun. The house is clean, cozy, and gives off nostalgic, homey vibes—like visiting your grandparents during a family celebration. It’s in a quiet neighborhood near a sari-sari store run by a friendly lolo and lola, who may help arrange a tricycle ride if one is parked nearby. The interior is well-kept, though the front grass could use trimming and the exterior might benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Please note that GrabCar pickup isn’t available at this location—the app doesn’t offer it here. However, GrabFood and GrabMart do work, though you may need to coordinate with drivers as the map sometimes shows the wrong street. It might be a mapping issue or just a wierd coincidental glitch.

Kudos to Kuya Noel for being helpful and accommodating during our stay. Nice place to chill and relax, perfect view of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. The place is quiet and serene and very secured. it is also very near to the market, grocery, and stores.

Palazzo was so amazing! Our family reunion and my mom’s Mother’s Day and 78bday was so memorable they are the best host ever! Ria so beautiful inside and out was so fantastic! She took very good care of us and we saw how she takes care of every worker at palazzo we love her so so much! She never disappoint!!❤️❤️❤️❤️. Ate Vilma the head cook was phenomenal she cook the best food and assisted us on cooking all our family recipe as well! She made sure we are all good and well taken cared of. Mia the over all manger of palazzo Villa Deste was the kindest and really good on what she does we are so proud of you always! Now Joshua on the other hand thank you so much you’re the reason why we found this place thank you for accepting us and helping me with the process to get it on airbnb we absolutely loved our stay! We will be back for sure we found another family through all of you! And to all the workers of Villa Deste !!!! We love you all and can’t wait to be back again!

Relazing stay! The place was well-maintained and exactly as described. The cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.

The unit was as advertised and very clean. Towels, and toiletries were provided for, as well as drinking water from the dispenser and kapeng barako sachets. The unit is very accessible at the first floor and you can see the Taal Volcano as soon as you step out of the unit. Entire unit is airconditioned as well and beds were comfortable. However, wifi signal was a little weak in the area. You can also order from Pastita restaurant (unit provided the menu) and get your food delivered right at your doorstep. We enjoyed the coffee and their lasagna. Worth the try! They were very accommodating to allow us to check-in earlier and patiently waited until we arrived. Self check-out went smoothly. Overall it was a good experience. Will consider going back.

The place is clean. The caretake is always responsive and communicates well with me.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The host/co-host was incredibly responsive and attentive even after our check-in, which we really appreciated. While the holiday rush made parking challenging, the caretaker's help in finding paid parking was a great relief. However, we did encounter some issues with a slow elevator and a leaking air conditioner during our stay. Despite these minor inconveniences, we still enjoyed our time and are grateful for the caretaker's assistance.

We had an overnight stay at Casa Gunita (SMDC Wind) from May 31 to June 1, and it truly felt like a home away from home 🏡. The unit was clean, cozy, and fully equipped—kompleto talaga 🧼🍽️🛏️. You can tell the host prepared everything with care 💯. The view of Taal 🌋 from the unit was stunning—ang sarap gumising with that view! 😍 Both the host and her caretaker were super friendly and accommodating 🤗, which made us feel extra welcome. Location is also a big plus—walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and cafes 🛒🍴☕. Sobrang convenient! Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and we’d love to stay here again!
