Welcome to VILLA LANZO! You will stay quietly, surrounded by greenery and with a magnificent distant view. The park is right next to VILLA LANZO. The spacious half-house (155 m²) consists of a living and sleeping floor. The living floor includes a kitchen, dining and living area, as well as a toilet. The terrace is southwest facing and directly accessible from the living floor. On the sleeping floor, there are 2 master bedrooms, a bathroom and an extra toilet. Max. 5 people. Parking is right in front of the house.

Es ist modern eingerichtet und ideal für Reisende die nicht viel zum Entdecken brauchen. Das Tiny House steht auf einen ruhigen, idylischen Grundstück mit genügend Privatsphäre. Randinformation: Auf unserem Grundstück befindet sich noch eine weiteres Gästehaus mit Platz für bis zu 3 Personen. Solltet ihr daran Interesse haben lasst es mich wissen.

Die Ipfmühle hat eine traditionsreiche Geschichte und liegt mitten im Grünen zwischen den historischen Städten Linz, Enns, Steyr, Stadt Haag, Bad Hall und St. Florian und Kremsmünster. Unser Haus wurde vom OÖ Tourismusverband mit 4 Edelweiss ausgezeichnet. Besondere Erlebnisse: Hochseilgarten, Fußballgolf, Segway fahren (Steyr, Linz) Goldberg/Sierning. Wandern kann man vom Haus weg. Es gibt weitere unzählige Möglichkeiten Freizeit und Kulturangebote in unserer schönen Umgebung zu genießen.

Es gibt einen Autoabstellplatz und eigenen Zugang. OÖ Tourismusgesetz 2018: Die Ortstaxe in OÖ beträgt ab 01.12.23 einheitlich 2,40 Euro pro Nacht und Person. Befreiungen von der Ortstaxe: Personen unter 15 Jahren. Diese ist in bar oder über Airbnb extra zu zahlen.

A warm welcome! You can have a great and quiet time at this comfortable place to stay. The apartment is located on a hill 20 minutes by car from Linz. If you prefer to arrive publicly, it is also no problem, the bus stop can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. If you are here in the area, I can also recommend visiting the Mauthausen concentration camp memorial just minutes away. The apartment will be fully renovated until the end of March.

We welcome people from all over the world who are vegetarian or vegan and value spirituality. Cozy tiny house in the countryside with 2000m2 garden for 1 to 4 people: 24m2 ground floor with a beautiful seating area and a wood stove + 24m2 attic with a sloping ceiling with 4 mattress beds including duvets, cushions, bed linen, hand and bath towels. Bathroom, toilet and kitchen are in the main house right next door.

House in a quiet location, 10 km from Linz and 3 km from the St.Florian/Asten highway exit. Quarter on the 1st floor of the house with a double bedroom, 3 single bedrooms and a corner couch with TV.
