Välkommen att njuta av detta fridfulla boende i fina Lofsdalen. Stugan är fullt utrustad med diskmaskin, torkskåp, bastu byggd 2019 och fullt utrustat kök. I badrummet finns duschkabin och toa. Två av sovrummen har våningssängar och en har dubbelsäng. Vardagsrummet har braskamin och tv. På altanen kan du njuta av utsikt mot fjäll och sjö. Skidspår och vandringsleder når du till fots från stugan. Skidanläggningen når din inom 10 med bil. Byn med affärer och restauranger ligger 2 km från stugan.

Welcome to our nice, well-equipped cottage, built in 2022, in Björnrike. The cottage has a nice view of Sonfjället. Here you can relax with family and friends. Proximity to nice slopes, long trails, hikes and two golf courses. To the lift it takes less than 5 minutes by car and about 10-15 minutes to walk. Klövsjö golf club is about 30 minutes away by car. So also to Hede Golf Club. The cottage is located on Mosippevägen/Fågelvägen. The house has a charging box from Zaptec 11Kw.

Stugnyckeln sitter i dörren vid Din ankomst, sänglinne/handduk kan hyras, sen klara Dig själv med kyl/frys, spis, ugn, micro och kaffebryggare i köket. Fäboden heter Nysäterns Fjällgård och har 3 uthyrningsstugor, café & bageri (öppnar åter v.26), hästar, kor, getter, får och höns finns på gården.

Naturskönt och idylliskt läge i skogsglänta där man hör Ljusnan forsa längre bort. 5 Minuters promenad till ett av Sveriges bästa öringsfiske, lite längre bort rinner Rånden ett av Sveriges bästa harrvatten. Till skidorterna Vemdalen, Björnrike och Lofsdalen tar det drygt 30 minuter med bil att åka. Området är även populärt för skoteråkning. Das Haus - insbesondere der Seeblick - war noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Es war extrem sauber und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Es fiel uns schwer nach zwei Wochen wieder abzureisen. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die vielen Rentiere im Dorf. Zwei davon konnten wir abends direkt vom Wohnzimmer aus beobachten. Björn hat bei Fragen direkt geantwortet und uns sogar noch tolle Tipps für Wanderungen mitgegeben. Alles in allem: 10/10!

prachtig huis op hele mooie locatie. alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig in het huis. Ook dingen zoals wc papier, vuilniszakken, vaatwas tabletten. Echt top dus. Wij hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in het huis van Fredrika.

We had a lovely stay in the cabin. Best part in our opinion was the sauna with direct access to the balcony, the closeness to the slopes/lift and the private cabin feel (not like many other “cabins” that are more like apartments). First time skiing in Klövsjö for us, and although it’s not the largest systems it’s quite decent and not many people queuing to the lift which is definitely a plus. Highly recommend!

Een supermooi huis voorzien van alle gemakken (en meer): volledig ingerichte, luxe (open) keuken, grote eettafel en zithoek, fijne, ruime badkamer met sauna, prima slaapkamer (goed bed). Buiten een ruim terras om drie kanten van het huis met (houten) ligstoelen, bbq enz. Prima vertoeven op het balkon in de vroege ochtendzon (alsook de rest van de dag volop zon 😎). Vanuit het huis uitzicht op de boomtoppen en de bergen - prachtig uitzicht! De omgeving: wij hebben o.a. wandelingen gemaakt vanuit het huis zelf, vanaf de hogergelegen parkeerplaats voor o.a. de Panoramaroute (zeker even doen!) en aan de andere kant van het meer Lofssjön. Vanuit het huis kun je dan ook alle verschillende kanten op rijden zoals bijv. naar Sonfjällets nationalpark. De host Gunnar: goed bereikbaar, proactief voor het geven van de benodigde info en snelle reactie 👍🏻. Wij hebben het hier enorm naar onze zin gehad en raden het huis van Gunnar dan ook zeker aan 😃!

we had a great time during our stay at this house. we are a family of four and everything was very well taken care of and very well equiped for a family. The host was very easy to contact and replies on every question, very polite. A great and spacious house with everything you need available, the house is comfortable, great fireplace to keep you warm and very nice situated near the forest, river and lakes.
