For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with one large kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, one separate toilet and four bedrooms over three floors. Our Hüsli is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fire pit and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the alpine feeling can be enjoyed particularly well from the bench on the front courtyard. The cozy 1-room apartment was newly renovated in 2022 in modern alpine style. It is about 25 square meters has a living room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facilities, but there is a refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle. The apartment radiates a "feel-good character", the furnishings and the light are very coherent.

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland of the Säntis and the Zeppelin city "Friedrichshafen."
