We had a great stay in the cottage, 2 adults and 1 giant dog, we always check with the host first if they have any size restrictions on dogs and luckily Denise confirmed any size dog can stay! Very quiet location, only downside is that the cottage doesn’t have its own garden, we took our dog across onto the verge opposite for a leg stretch, it wasn’t a problem for us as we were only using it for a sleeping base but would have missed a garden if we were spending more time in the cottage. Very clean and tidy place with everything you could need, would definitely return if we are back in the area. We bought some lovely homemade Jam from Denise for our breakfast!

This is the second time we've stayed with The Swan and will certainly return again for the view from the window, great value and comfy bed. When we are gigging at The Engine Shed, The Swan is perfect and the breakfast is good value in the morning. All food during your stay receives a student discount when quoting the room and if you don't feel like heading out you can even get room service. While many Airbnb places overpromise and underdeliver, The Lodge is what Angela says, and more. It’s spacious, well-equipped, perfectly furnished, and clean. Angela and her husband, Derek, are great hosts, quick to answer questions (although everything is very clear from their notes), and hitting just the right balance between being available if needed, but not imposing. I have to visit the area at least a couple of times each year and I will definitely stay here again. If asked for anything that could be improved, the only thing I can think of is that for longer stays, a washer-dryer would be a very welcome addition! But that’s nitpicking. Everything was great, and thanks to Angela and Derek for a great stay.

Great for a one night stay in Lincoln for a good budget price. Room and bathroom were both clean, and view of the river was lovely!

The Swan met our needs and was quite as students finished uni. very helpful and responded very quickly. it had every thing we needed for a night stay.

We was ever so happy when we checked into drake lodge. It was so easy to do so and wow the place is amazing and the hosts definitely went above and beyond. There was spare toiletries that was not asked for and a just in case. The hot tub was amazing. If we are needing a break again and we are in the area I would absolutely definitely book this place in a here beat. Do not miss out..

A lovely & pretty cottage, annexed to the main house, with a delightful garden & decking area. The accommodation was just what we wanted - roomy, airy, comfortable & light. The kitchen table seemed to be the centre of our evening activity (a nice big kitchen) & it was all very clean, with all the required amenities. Highly recommended.

What a find - 5* Accommodation. This beautiful property and secure garden is tucked down a lane which is so quiet and just sooo relaxing. The garden is huge, secure and very pretty, our Whippet had so much fun there he was very happy. Alison supplied everything we needed for breakfast and also a bottle of wine for later. Alison is a first class host she can’t do enough for you. She is a potter so there is an opportunity to see and purchase some beautiful things that she makes which is a bonus. We ate at The ship at Pinchbeck, the service and food was fantastic so went 2 nights running. Some great walks nearby also. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you Alison.

What a Gem. Totally exceeded expectations and better than described. It's the sort of place you could comfortable move into and call it home straight away. We actually entered the drive of the main house, thought "this can't be the place", and drove out again. After checking, it really was the right place and Wali was waiting to greet us! Large rooms, bright and airy, well equipped, spotlessly clean and cared for. Conveniently located on a main road into Boston, well set back and screened so noise isn't an issue, opposite a small railway station, and an excellent pub / restaurant within 400 metres, across the level crossing. We only stayed one night as we were just "passing through", but felt like an excellent place to be based when touring the area. A superb AirBNB experience, great value and will be hard to beat when looking for places to stay in the future. 100% recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Victoria and James place. it was perfect for a long weekend away with our child and dog. the greeting was very warm from James, and there were some fantastic touches, such as the hand made cake and coffee pods in the kitchen. The location was good, with a very nice walk walk around the village and wooded area for dogs. Whilst there was some noise from the road, we did not find it to any trouble at all. We would love to stay again.

After a warm welcome from Craig, we settled into our 3 day home from home, and couldn’t have asked for anything better. The Annexe was cosy, well appointed and ideal for our 3 day visit to Lincolnshire. Would happily recommend! Thanks Craig!

A wonderful calm and relaxing hideaway! The cottage was spacious and homely, just what we needed for a family escape and a perfect location for a friend’s celebration nearby. The surrounding gardens were idyllic and enabled us to stay in and enjoy the setting. Travelling with a young family we were delayed but Richard was very understanding and made check in still simple and worry free. Stamford and Woolsthorpe Manor were lovely spots close by and the Six Bells in Witham served a fantastic Sunday roast. We would definitely visit again.

This is a lovely place to stay. Great location - very quiet and peaceful but also very close to the beaches. There's a lovely little wooded area that was perfect for giving our dog somewhere to sniff morning & night. The caravan was very clean and comfortable. Jules was very friendly and the perfect host. She provided clear instructions to find the place, and was very responsive to my messages. Check-in was easy, even though we ended up arriving later than planned. Jules helped me out when I hadn't brought something, and she and her husband were extremely helpful when I had problems with my car as we were about to leave. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back again for our next beach trip! Many thanks Jules.

we booked the whole property for our family reunion which was for a group of 40 including kids there was a lot of space for all of us and a selection of ensuite bedrooms.Mix of rooms, from 3 rooms with double beds, with rest being twin and singles. Free coffee making facilities in the rooms with some biscuits too We had another property less than 2 mins walking distance which again gave us space with a selection of twin and single rooms Holcombe had a welcoming feel although the lounge on first floor was smaller for the group we still had other rooms to use eg the dining room which was a lovely place to sit and eat together or simply sit and play games The kitchen was adequate with a massive cooker so didn't take long to prepare food for the group. there is a supermarket within walking distance and Cleethorpes beach was a 30 minute drive which was a great place to spend the day with the family very thankful we were offered this property for self catering exclusively for our group
