Vacation rentals with lake access in Limousin

Great time at the cottage. A great peaceful environment, in the heart of nature, hiking within walking distance. Very nice place, well maintained. I only met Arnaud, a very nice host. Network reception can be a little tricky depending on your operator but wifi is available a few steps from the cottage. The cottage itself is really nice, tastefully decorated, very natural.

Thank you so much for your hospitality and your special touches. We really enjoyed the accommodation and its location. Great for unwinding. A property to remember.

We stayed here for a week and it was fantastic! The space, the land, the snooker room…everything was perfect! Would highly recommend!! We will be back!!!

Very friendly host and very discreet. Impeccable welcome. The accommodation is as described, very clean and functional, the air conditioning is a real plus in case of high temperatures. The area is quiet and bucolic. It is conveniently located. Less than 20 km away you will find the abyss of Padirac, Martel, Rocamadour, Loubressac, Autoire waterfall... Small special mention for the restaurant "La table de Nicolas" in Biars sur Cere, very good for a moderate price. We had a lovely time relaxing and disconnecting. If we go back to the area, we'll be happy to stay at this accommodation again! Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Everything was perfect. Very simple communication with Dominique. The accommodation was great, we were 9 ( 4 adults and 5 children ) everyone enjoyed the stay, the accommodation is big and we don't go on it. The outside is great with a large garden, pool and ultra nice garden furniture. We recommend

We have just had the most amazing stay here! The house and grounds are stunning with amazing views. The house is very close to Bergerac but is very private in the countryside with vast grounds. We had such a peaceful and relaxing break. Jil was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. She sent great instructions for our arrival, lots of recommendations and also came over on the evening of our arrival to make sure we were comfortable and to explain things around the house, which was appreciated. Would love to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family!

Hosted in advance by a warm, captivating and generous couple, we come back transformed from this secluded stay in a splendid green setting full of natural resources and allowing many activities (cycling, kayaking, hiking, badminton, ping pong, swing, hammock, barbecue...). We had a pleasant stay in a comfortable and peaceful place. Everything is there, including games for all ages. A big thank you to Vincent and Stéphanie for their availability and congratulations on this cottage. One small downside, the pool is not heated (it's very fair in mid-May) A small point that could perhaps be considered to aim for perfection.

Clearly a very nice home, with breathtaking views and served by Elisabeth with great care... I highly recommend it!!

Very nice accommodation with its terrace and very well-equipped. Located near the lake, there are many activities to do, the area is very nice. René gave us a warm welcome. Small downside: the nearby road is very busy.

In a peaceful and beautiful setting, a accommodation as described, with the charm of the old. A swimming pool and its pretty environment very pleasant in summer temperatures. Hosts who are welcoming and committed to preserving heritage. A place that invites healing! It is better to spot before arrival the plans for walks and visits because the mobile network and wifi connection are very limited (ideal for disconnecting).

We loved our stay at Camille's place. Everything was impeccable, she responded quickly to our questions, we had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend! We would highly recommend!!

Sophie and Craig were the perfect hosts, they were so friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a welcoming (and much appreciated) basket of goodies waiting for us on our arrival and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The gite was just as described and the perfect place to unwind. Lovely views throughout the meadow and surrounding area, the natural pool was a delight. The chickens provided fresh eggs for breakfast and the dogs, Roo and Ted are adorable. This is a special place for those seeking peaceful surroundings, in an idyllic hamlet stepped in history. There is a brilliant swimming lake nearby, perfect for exercise and cooling down in and local woodland walks too. You can also just sit and read in the ample outside space and listen to the sounds of nature. Just let the stresses of life roll by! Furthermore the host and gardener live close by and both are warm and friendly.

Can’t rate this place highly enough! It is the most wonderful place; blissful and beautiful views all so calm and perfect setting. The house is immaculate very clean with lovely interiors, comfortable beds and lovely bedding. If you are looking for a fantastic place that you don’t want to leave this could be it; just perfect. Jean-Xavier is lovely and extremely helpful.

A great weekend with friends at Stéphane's. You feel very good in the house and the surrounding countryside is beautiful. Everything is very clean and the house is well equipped. No problem staying with children. We'll be happy to go back!

A lovely gite in a wonderful rural location but with good road access for exploring the area. A really well equipped kitchen and as we like to cook when on holiday this was especially appreciated. Nice downstairs space in particular with simply the best woodburner we have seen. Very responsive and friendly relaxed hosts. Recommended all round.

patrick and Colette are very welcoming people they know how to be available while remaining discreet. the pool is beautiful the estate is super large and well kept. the house is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need for even cooking, the bathroom has a bathtub plus shower is a plus. Truly recommended.
