Vacation rentals with a patio in Limonta

Truly spectacular - one of the best views I've enjoyed from any accommodation ever. The home inside was also perfect for a short term stay for two people - super cozy and very clean. Communications from the hosts before and during our stay were great. The home is a little bit further outside of the city then we realized when looking at the map (~15 minute drive up the hill) so take advantage of the restaurant recommendations nearby! Agriturismo Zertin was fantastic

Check-in worked out just fine. Everything was as described. The lakeside location with its own jetty, fenced garden, warm outdoor shower and parking was perfect for us. The view of the mountains is fantastic.🙏 The swing and the loungers in the garden are great and all the beautiful places are easily accessible. There are trees and shade, when the sun is blazing. Our dog enjoyed being able to move freely and bathe at any time.🤠 Communication with Fabio and Matteo works great.☺️ Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage by the lake. This was our first time visiting Lake Como and we could not be happier with our stay at Andrea’s place! The views from the apartment are amazing and the area has lots to do/see. It is about a 20 minute walk down to the Varenna area and there is a night bus that will pick you up from the Varenna train station if you don’t want to hike back up the hill (which is free!). The host was very accommodating for check-in and check-out. He offered to even drive us from the train station and gave us local recommendations for restaurants. You will not be disappointed booking here!!

Extremely well maintained and equipped apartment, located in a quiet part near Lake Como. Fabio was also extremely patient in informing us about the train / bus schedules to move around the area. Will definitely return if I’m ever back!

perfect, clean accommodation. hosts +++ just one detail: it is indicated in the description that there is shower gel and shampoo but not available during our stay. Not very serious 😀

Has to be seen to be believed. This is truly the most beautiful air B&b. We were originally looking to stay in Bellagio but were so glad we ended up staying here, away from the crowds. Really lovely town with lovely restaurants that we got takeaway to sit on the balcony of the air B&b to enjoy the best view we seen in all of lake como! The apartment is up a very steep hill so would recommend a car. There is free parking on the road outside apartment. Or slightly down the hill if there’s no space. It’s perfect inside with open plan kitchen diner with windows all around letting you enjoy the view. The stairs are very narrow and steep but we just left our bags downstairs and it wasn’t an issue. Highly recommend this air B&b!

We had an amazing stay at Lara’s Airbnb. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning. Lara was super responsive and went out of her way to make recommendations for local hair dressers as we were attending a black tie wedding. We hope one day we can return and stay at the Airbnb again!

Honestly the view is absolutely breathtaking and the apartment so cosy and beautiful. We were provided some wood so we could easily make a small fire in the fireplace adding to the incredible ambiance. I would 100% stay here again and have family that want to stay here now also. Everything was clean and organised and had everything you needed. The check in was easy and they offered us an early check in and late checkout who h really made it all easy ☺️

Wonderful place to stay! We have visited Lake Como many times but this was our favorite place to stay for our three week visit. It had everything you would need for a long visit and the view took our breath away! Claudia was so helpful and available for any thing we asked her about. Highly recommend it!

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

The place was insanely good! The amenities in particular were above average. The house corresponded to our ideas and the pictures. The driveway to the house was really very steep, so you should be careful which cars you arrive with. Communication with the landlord was also excellent. Very friendly and quick feedback. We would come back.

The house is charming and comfortable, ideally located. It is even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. The hosts were very helpful when my son got sick. And they let us know that the train would not be available after a certain date so we could plan our travel back to the airport accordingly. There is no a.c. But we had a fan for every bedroom. All of their recommendations are terrific, especially the closest restaurant, Locanda Cavallino. We ate there twice. And the view…unreal.

We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio! The place was cozy and clean. Our host, Elisabetta, was incredibly helpful and friendly—she gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you, Elisabetta!

The place was really beautiful and partly really cute. Communication with the host worked out great. However, one should be aware that the path to the accommodation differs greatly from a normal road. You drive about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute tranquility and a fantastic environment.

A very nice, clean house close to the lake. Big rooms and a big terrace. There is also a lot of space to park the car in front of the house. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

A lovely stay, apartment was modern and spotlessly clean. Located in a very quiet town with only a 10 min train to Varenna, would recommend this if you want a quiet few days in Lake Como, close to train station and a short walk to the lake front. Thank you for a great stay.

Charming apartment with stunning views over Lake Como and the old harbour. Beautiful shaded garden and terrace with honeysuckle scent. Very comfortable bed and great bathrooms. Air conditioning great for the bedroom in temperatures of 30 plus... Parking for our VW transporter campervan was great. Little supermarket down the stairs with takeaway pizza restaurant close by. Bellagio is 20 mins walk into town, but with lots of steps in the town... Good tips from Christina in places to visit including a great cycling museum at Ghiallo. Would highly recommend and would return. 😀

What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

Great host :) the apartment is located in perfect spot. Really clean and we'll maintained. We've met Michele on our last day, and he was really kind to talk to :) Recommend!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).
