The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Le Burlat – Studio Tassin – Lyon

Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... On sunny days, enjoy an outdoor area. A 10-minute walk to the center of Tassin (shops, post office...) you will be in a residential area of old houses from the beginning of the 20th century surrounded by large gardens. A little taste of peaceful countryside 15 minutes from the heart of Lyon.

In addition, the SNCF train station and the bus station are less than 200 m away, allowing direct and quick access to the accommodation.

Studio with balcony in the 7th arrondissement of Lyon, close to Jean Macé train station. The apartment is fully equipped and is perfectly suited for a tourist or business stay in Lyon. Free WIFI. It is conveniently located: 5 min walk from Jean-Macé metro station (line B) and tram T2. Part-Dieu Train Station is 2 metro stops away (5 mins) and Perrache Train Station is 2 tram stops away (4 mins).

Our accommodation is a farmhouse where our guests can enjoy a large terrace overlooking meadows. They can rest in the quiet of the garden, while remaining close to Lentilly-Charpenay train station giving access to the heart of Lyon in 20 minutes The accommodation is located between the villages of Marcy l'Étoile and Lentilly, very close to the veterinary school and Lacroix-Laval Park.
