Nice small house in the countryside, perfect for 2 people with 1 child. The house is surrounded by forest, mushrooms, berries and a lake. Fishing licenses are available on site, and a boat is available for rent at SEK 200 per day. Proximity to skiing and activity facilities. Possibility to rent a wood-fired hot tub for 2 days for SEK 1,000. The house is connected to our main house with access to a large garden with free-range chickens. We are hospitable and happy to provide information. Cleaning of the house at check-out is possible for an extra fee.

The house is on a farm where the owners live in the main building (family with children). The farm is adjacent to (road 157) which leads to various sights, and many activities both during the summer and winter. Patio for barbecue evenings is available. Swimming area (3 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bike). The nearest grocery store is ICA, about 8 km by car.

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Newly renovated cottage of 80 square meters located in the countryside. It sleeps up to 7 people, with beds in 3 bedrooms + as well as a sofa bed with two sleeping places. The cottage is located by a lake with its own jetty and wood fired sauna (wood included) as well as a barbecue area to enjoy outdoor meals. The cottage has a patio at the front, a large balcony and a terrace where you can hang out, eat and sunbathe. Located about 15 minutes from Isaberg Mountain Resort.
