Big and spacious apartment located on a farm

The farm is located about 10 km from the center of Lillehammer(not walking distance)with a great view of southern part of Lillehammer. The apartment is on the top floor of the main house and contains 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, dining room with sleeping alcove and a large living room where some space can be converted into a sleeping alcove. There are opportunities to make use of the garden and outdoor area. We have 6 chickens and 2 cats.

Hybel til leie i fine omgivelser. Fin utsikt og mange fine turmuligheter. Det er 8 min med bil til Lillehammer sentrum og 15-20 min til Sjusjøen med fantastisk turområde både sommer og vinter. Hybelen er 18 kvm + en hems med dobbeltseng. Bratt trapp. Hybelen inneholder et lite kjøkken med platetopp, stekeovn, tekoker, vask, kjøleskap og enkelt kjøkkenutstyr. Spisebord med to stoler, bordet kan slåes ut til fire personer. Liten sovesofa i stuen. Bad med dusj. Skap i gangen. Varmekabler i gulv.

Friendly library/ TV room with private entrance. Hundreds of books and dvds, double bed and a pleasant view to the garden. Room has a refrigerator, coffee/tea, electric kettle and microwave. There are plates and some cutlery. Separate bathroom with washer/ drier The house located 10 min. walk from the highstreet. 5 minutes to Maihaugen 10 minutes to groceryshop 15 minutes to Olympic skijump Breakfast at Scandic Hotel around the corner available . Velkommen til oss! Vi leier ut hybel med egen inngang og bad og gratis parkeringsplass.. Sentrum ca 3 km. Bussholdeplass ca 300 m. Dagligvarebutikk ca 500 m. Ishockeyhall og håndballhall(Storhamar) ca 2 km. Hybelen passer like godt til deg som studerer, som til deg som skal til Hamar i andre anledninger. Hybelen er utstyrt med seng(150 cm) og WiFi. Stedet har ikke kjøkken, men det er vannkoker, kjøleskap og mikrobølgeovn. Vi har Furuberget som nærmeste nabo med fine turmuligheter.

Fully equipped studio on a small, idyllic farm, with relaxing scenic view and peaceful neighbourhood. Great outdoor space for kids to play. Located near Hafjell (8km) and family parks like Lilleputthammer and Hunderfossen (10km). 22 km north of Lillehammer. Walking distance to the river Lågen, for swimming and fishing, walking trails, and short distance to the Øyer mountains known for the many cross country ski tracks in the winter, and mountain bike and hiking trails in the summer.

Koselig hytte 10 minutter fra Lillehammer sentrum

Flott beliggende tømmerhytte 10 minutter med bil fra sentrum av Lillehammer. Det er kort avstand til Birkebeineren skistadion som har et stort nettverk av turstier. 15 minutters kjøring til Nordseter og ca 20 minutters kjøring til Sjusjøen med flotte turstier og skiløyper. Hoppbakken ligger kun 3 minutters kjøring fra hytta med flott utsikt over byen. 5 minutter med bil til nærmeste matbutikk. For alpint har man Hafjell som ligger 25 minutter unna, og Kvitfjell 1 time unna.

Garden House in the Middle of Town

Our garden house has a plain Norwegian cabin standard with everything you need for making simple meals. Some basic food supplies will be available. As we have no running water in the garden house, we have placed a water dispenser in the kitchen area. Your bathroom, with floor heating and shower, is situated right next door, in the main house. The garden house has its own terrace, with access to the garden.
