Our second time at Sebastian’s wonderful Airbnb. This location is perfect as it’s quiet and yet very near the busier sections of town. Sebastian is a terrific host and everything is as described. He is very friendly and makes sure all is well:-) You will not find a better property !

Do not hesitate to go there! It is the perfect getaway! Everything is well thought, well decorated, we felt so quickly at home and at peace. There are some houses and neighbours around the house but you might only see them when you arrive and leave. The place is private and quiet. The view is exactly like the picture, we spent evenings looking at the sky, the birds, the rabbits and the cows. A great place 😊

Fantastic apartment in a very good location. And despite being in the heart of the city center, it's very quiet! The apartment feels homey and has everything we needed. Douwe is a wonderful host, who, if desired, has many tips for activities. And we had a good laugh with him. There is no doubt that we will come back here again.

The accommodation was as described and Karine allowed us to change the arrival time The apartment on the is nice and breakfast was ready in the fridge. A supermarket and transportation are nearby Only downside: the sofa bed was broken, fortunately it was children who slept in it.

Kim is very responsive to any communications. Well equips home. Left some items by way of coffee etc to help when you first arrive.

If this listing is available, I recommend you book it, there is only positives to this place. Conveniently located with great views in a spacious and well decorated place, it felt like a home with reasonable setup for a baby (crib, gate at the stairs). Hosts are lovely and responsive. The place felt very safe.

We were traveling by bicycle and used Ben and Inge's accommodation for 3 nights. On the one hand, the proximity of Amsterdam (with a bus stop nearby and the train from Weesp... totally easy!) and the really beautiful small towns of Weesp, Muiden and Naarden. Inge brought us an incredibly great breakfast every morning on request. She is a great, very friendly host. Thank you so much for this great start to the day. We felt very comfortable with Ben and Inge and appreciated their hospitality very much. The small independent apartment is very quiet, very clean and cozy (as in the photos). Actually a real insider tip, ....psst, but don't tell anyone :-) Thank you, Inge and Ben for the great time! Thomas & Astrid

We had a great time at Richard's house! The location is excellent, nice and quiet and of course great for refreshing yourself with the lake. We rented the boat and also had a nice time on the water and the larger lake. The house has everything you need, air-conditioned rooms were perfect on the hot days. Sitting together on the terrace by the lake in the evening, great! You can't go wrong with the house and would book it again and again.

The apartment is great, but the absolute highlight is the terrace on 3 sides of the house, right on the water. The large glass fronts in the living room give a view of the water, which makes the apartment special even in cool temperatures. The only downside is that you don't want to go on a trip, but just want to stay in the apartment.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! It was spotlessly clean (not a speck of dust anywhere!), everything had been thought of (including a welcome bottle of bubbles!), it was spacious, and very convenient for public transport....oh, and stylishly decorated! Being close to the train station meant that we could easily get into central Amsterdam, as well as go on day trips to Rotterdam and Zaanse Schans during our stay. Our favourite day was renting bikes in Zaanse Schans for the day and enjoying cycling through the countryside. Very happily recommend this place to others looking for a base near Amsterdam.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

We booked the house because it appealed to us from the reviews. Our expectations were far exceeded. We arrived in a house where we immediately felt at home. In the kitchen there is everything you need for daily use. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with Saskia was easy. We rented the house with a friendly couple and went home after a week very well recovered. We can recommend the house without hesitation. We would like to come back next fall. After a long day in Amsterdam, we enjoyed the tranquility in Broek in Waterland at Haico's. The house is cozy and has everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a clean shower and a well-equipped kitchen where we could prepare our breakfast and make small meals like pasta or sandwiches in the evening. The location is ideal to get to Amsterdam quickly, and the bus connection is very good.

The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

We stayed in the Klaver Garage for 7 days in June 2025 and we enjoyed it very much. Everything was furnished with a lot of love and we felt very comfortable. We had a wonderful time in this beachfront accommodation. The location is fantastic and the area offers many opportunities for recreation and exploration. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful – their tips for excursions and activities were very valuable. The apartment itself is very luxuriously furnished and equipped with everything you need. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend this place!

The Condominium is in a nice quiet part of Amsterdam, but still easy to get to city centre. Was very clean and comfortable.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We really like the accommodation for its location in relation to the country's landmarks. The hosts always very friendly and super quick to respond to messages. Although the room is inside their house we never lacked privacy and we had everything we needed inside the room :)

We were greeted personally by Remy and he showed us the apartment and explained the operation of the hot tub. He also gave us recommendations for the area. We could always reach him by message and he was very helpful. The apartment and hot tub are very private, so you feel comfortable. In addition, the accommodation was super clean and fresh flowers set pleasant accents.

I recently stayed in this apartment and had a great experience. The place was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The Wi-Fi was fast, and all appliances were in good working condition. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out very easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
