We loved this area super happy we stayed in Kapaa for easy access to both north and south shore. Lava lava beach club is a one minute walk we were there almost every night, along with the coconut marketplace which had everything you need. The airbnb was perfect for me and my boyfriend and the bed was sooooo comfortable. Host left cute touches like leaving us a package of the famous Hawaiian chocolate macadamias yum. Would definitely book again.

I’ve visited Kauai for years, and I really enjoyed my stay at Cameron and Tanya’s loft condo. It’s a corner unit, and has a lovely view at the dining area. I enjoyed the contrast of the sun lit dining area, and the shaded living area and loft bedroom. It looked like a treehouse from the inside. When the sliding doors are open with the fan on there was never a need to turn on the AC. I would only use it for a few minutes right before going to bed, to push out the hot air that tends to collect up above. The kitchen was well stocked. The Lawry’s seasoning was a surprise. And I had no difficulty cooking whatever suited my fancy during my stay. I slept like a rock every night although I did have to remove the mattress topper, I’m a firm bed girlie. Cameron and Tanya were both very responsive and quick to provide assistance with any concerns. Thank you for picking up my amazon package from the mailbox Cameron! I highly recommend their vacation condo and hope to book it again when I return!

The Cliffs is a great place to stay on the north end of the island. Bryant and Jane’s unit has a gorgeous unobstructed view of the ocean and sunset. The lanai was the best one there! There were plenty of beach chairs, mats etc to take on local excursions. The bed was comfortable. We liked that each night and/or morning there was a food truck available for guests. We have no reservations recommending their place.

Beautiful accommodation with several amenities (portable cooler, snorkeling equipment, etc.), great location close to good restaurants and beautiful beach. Good location also for getting around the island, it's a good central point for getting to the north or southwest of the island. I would this property.

Great little gem of a spot. Dolphins and whales jumping off just a few 100yards from the balcony. Amazing sun rises. Pecan breakfast sweets just across the road.

We loves this Studio!!! We immediately felt like home. The studio is equipped with anything you could possible need and is located beautifully. No matter if you want to explore the south or north of the island, this Airbnb is perfectly located and even has a really nice market place, café/roastery and restaurants right next to it. From our point of view, this Airbnb is a 10/10 recommendation!

The spot was perfect for a couple looking for a no frills quiet place!! Excellent location….The beach house across the street is a must. Overall a great place to stay!!

I stayed at this place with 2 kids. Beach is 1 min from the entry door, very safe and peaceful. Not crowded beach at all. Great small restaurants right there. Parking available. Cute little place perfect for us. Patricia and Katie was always ready to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. Very beautiful surroundings, roosters, chickens, small chicks and different kinds of birds everywhere which we found very cute. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Tom's place was fabulous. Tom was very communicative from the time of booking until about the day we left to ensure we had everything we needed. We came with the intent of just relaxing and that's exactly what we got there. The condo was clean & comfortable, had everything we needed, was quiet...except for the elephant footed people upstairs :( obviously no fault of Tom's. The grounds were extremely well kept and beautiful...very tropical, loved sitting on the patio just relaxing and listening to the birds & the palm trees sway in the breeze. Every staff member we came across was very friendly, was a very short walk to the beach with plenty of seating. BBQ's very accessible. Had a great time, would stay again !!

We loved this place for our stay in Kauai! It was very close to Hanalei and very walkable. It was very clean and as described. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Annie and Greg, had amazing communication from prior to our stay until after our stay. They were very friendly and kind, answered any questions that we had, as well as responding very swiftly to things. There home was gorgeous, it had all the amenities you would need. If you needed anything else the grocery store was just up the street a quick walk or drive would it. My husband and I love staying in princeville when we go to kauai. We would absolutely stay here again, we loved their home. It was very clean and cozy. Even without AC the fans worked great and they also had an additional fan if you required extra air. the balcony had a great view too. We do wish we used the pool sooner it was so warm. You can walk down to the beach area or a quick drive. Annie and Greg make you feel so comfortable and offer amazing tips for your stay to be smooth. Thank you Annie and Greg you're wonderful people and for opening up your beautiful home in paradise 💙

For the price, the stay was great! We could see the ocean, walk to beaches, and walk to the hotel one for dinner and drinks. I absolutely loved it, this area is magical! Also Ellie was very responsive! There were a few bug friends the first night but from my understanding it is to be expected in the area. I would love to come back and bring my mom!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

The place was clean and in a quiet safe complex. The condo is a little hard to find at night but instructions were helpful. Comfortable place and felt at home.

Great location. Close to lots of walkable restaurants and shops. Very clean unit with comfy bed. Nice quiet property. We were the only ones at the pool everyday. We loved staying here. We had one issue that we reached out to Renee about it and she was very responsive and took care of it immediately. We also appreciated having beach chairs and ice chest provided. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for being such great owners!

Perfect stay for your time on Kauai! Close to the airport and not too far from the north and the west side! The apartment itself has everything you need and is comfortable! It is inside the outrigger Hotel

We enjoyed staying at Lyle & Vivian's place. It has just about everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler bag and beach towels. There was plenty of room and looks to have been recently upgraded. I appreciated having a ground floor unit, even though there wasn't much of a view. The A/C worked well when needed and it was also nice to have a full size washer and dryer. We would be happy to stay here again!

Great condo. Had everything I needed. Ocean view from lanai. Private location in back of the building. I hardly heard anyone. Grounds and pool were very relaxing and beautiful.

Very nice, quiet location, close to everything, yet private. Well-equipped unit with everything, including beach and snorkeling gear. Very responsive hosts providing ample instructions, we haven't had any extra questions, everything was clearly explained. Will definitely come again recommend to friends.

Sara’s place is beautiful! The beds are very comfortable, very bright and stylish, the kitchen is perfect for making meals. It’s located close to restaurants, stores, and of course the beach. We also had a night of bbq grilling next to the pool, the neighbors were friendly. We really enjoyed our time at her condo - it was the perfect location to celebrate our senior’s graduation! Lots of great memories were made.

we had our three adult children staying with us for 8 days. There was plenty of room for each one of them to enjoy their private time. We rented a car and toured a good part of the island. very private and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay. The view and lanai are spectacular. So relaxing and such a nice place to call home for the time that we were here. The kitchen is well equipped for those that want to cook. The most we made was a charcuterie lol. We really enjoy having so much within walking distance. Java Kai is the best bet each morning. Such a great staff and everything is delicious. Kapaa is such a great place to stay because it’s so centrally located. If it’s raining in Kapaa, go to Poipu or Hanalei. Our absolute favorite is Hanalei Bay and Tahiti Nui. Another great time is the Rum Safari. No matter where you go you will have a great time.
