Loft vacation rentals in Ligurian Sea

Beautiful accommodation, everything that was described was present. Wonderfully bright space and also all the space in the apartment. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful apartment to relax. Access to the location is also perfect, you get a transmitter to open the gate for the time you stay there. The dogs present are really very sweet!! Hospitable host, always ready to help.

The area where the property is located is very quiet and well connected to the city center by bus and train (I recommend bus no. 42). The apartment is very nice, new and cared for in every detail. The beds are very comfortable. In addition, the property has a lovely garden from which the house is accessed independently. In the garden you can also park a mid-range car (the gate is a bit tight). The host was very present and responsive when answering our questions.

The apartment has real Italian flair. The public bench at the front door. The church is opposite, and the bar is 30 steps away. Everyone greets very kindly. In the middle of it and yet nice and quiet. Loved it. :-)

We loved staying at Max’s apartment and it was everything we had hoped for. The location was perfect for us, with a short 10mins walk and you were inside the wall and a 20 or so mins walk to the train station. Being able to park for free outside the apartment was a real bonus. The apartment felt really homely and light and it had all we needed. Ashim, Max’s friend, was super helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. A trip to Cinque Terra is a must - we parked by the train station in La Spezia and got the day pass on the train from there. Osteria Miranda is a great restaurant - 20mins walk - with a superb tasting menu and wonderful service. We took part in the Lucchesina, a 10k run/walk around Lucca, and it was a great way to experience the town. We’ll be back to lovely Lucca and Max’s apartment for sure! Thank you 🙏

A very strategic place, a stone's throw from Vernazza station, in a few minutes you are in La Spezia to take the train to the 5 Terre and in a few minutes by car you are in the Gulf of Poets. Sarzana is also very close, with its free beach.

We had a great stay in Lucca! Carlo’s apartment was a good location and it meant we were able to pop in and out all day! Lucca was such a lovely place and we hope to return on day! Thank you Carlo!

We had a wonderful stay in Nice! The apartment was in the perfect location, just minutes from the beautiful beach and surrounded by so many great restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries where we grabbed fresh pastries every morning. It was ideal for our group of three; comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Maria was a fantastic host and made check-in smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip. Highly recommend!

We had a great Stay in Nice at Greg's place. The place was spotless clean and it was walkable from all good restaurants and the old Nice. The views from the condo was amazing, Susuna was so helpful for us to check in and check out and went out of her way to get us a parking spot. Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

Very interesting accommodation for seeing Livorno: view of the canals, location on the edge of the historic center (easy to reach from outside, easy to get around on foot in the city). The apartment is well furnished and clean; the bedroom is on the mezzanine, with a very low ceiling, but this helps to have more space in the living area. The long and steep condominium stairs to climb to the third floor should be noted, they are not for everyone... Alessandra was quick to respond and very organized with the information, in the accommodation there is a nice booklet with all the instructions and some tips for the local area (thank you!). Ultimately, it was a great stay.

Perfect Appartement for holidays in Nice

Had a wonderful stay with my wife. The accommodation offered is incredible with a small private space outside that is very zen. We went swimming, the sea is nearby. The place is particularly quiet and neat. We also benefited from a parking space for our vehicle, which is an asset. Thank you Federico for your kindness, your hospitality and our exchanges. We rated Paulo and Studio 29 with 5 stars on every category only because we could not give 10 stars!!! Paulo was an excellent host and went above and beyond with everything. He communicated very well, assisted us during check-in, provided a detailed overview of Studio 29, and went the extra mile to meet our needs. The attention to detail with everything within Studio 29 was absolutely spectacular. It is a must-see and we highly recommend staying at Studio 29 and working with Paulo!! We hope to return or visit one of the properties in Rome. Thanks Paulo!!
