LA STIVA is in the historic center of Manarola, in a Ligurian alley. At 30 a spectacular panorama that embraces 180° It is 100 meters from the sea and a 5-minute walk from the train station. Tourist tax €3 per person per day only for the first 3 days, the collection takes place at check-in in cash. In BREZZA MARINA the kitchen is only for refreshments, gas and oven are deactivated, it is a room and not an apartment and for Italian law it is not possible to process food in the rooms.

The tower was already noted on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and converted in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the lake. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.
