Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Lignano Sabbiadoro

The place was incredibly spacious and clean. When you enter, the lower level is a large open area. Going up one set of stairs, you encounter the kitchen, a living area, and the bedrooms/ bathrooms all on that level. The pull out couch was all set for us, and it had basically everything we needed. The check-in was easy, and Andree was nice enough to let us keep our luggage on the first floor area since our flight to Athens didn't leave until 3 pm. Any minor issue we encountered had little to do with the host and more with infrastructure issues in the city. She provided many recommendations for us.

Incredible place to stay, super private and peaceful with a bright and open interior and lovely outside seating area, the place was spotless with was nice interior decor touches giving the place that added bit of personality. The walk in closet is a brilliant space to store both clothes and luggage and really added a little something extra the space, as well as the glass staircase which is beautiful (if not a little scary to walk on initially). Well connected location with easy access to train stations and plenty of good restaurants and places to stop for ice cream along the way. The owners were super responsive as well which just made everything so much easier. Brilliant place to stay, cannot recommend enough!

Wir hatten zu viert eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Diese war wirklich sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet… wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause…. als ob wir schon immer dort waren. Anfragen, wurden sofort beantwortet… Die Anlage ist klein aber fein 😊 wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und kommen immer gerne wieder. Die Nähe zu den Geschäften und zu den Restaurants, fußläufig erreichbar, finden wir ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gerne weiter.

Andrea is an exceptional host, highly responsible and responsive. We stayed in the apartment for 27 nights, and it truly became our home away from home. The location is absolutely stunning. This isn’t my first time in Venice, but this has become my favorite neighborhood. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, and there are plenty of shops nearby. Mornings with coffee in the picturesque Santo Stefano Square are simply unforgettable.

Casa semplicemente fantastica, noi eravamo in 7, 4 adulti e 3 ragazzi, i ragazzi hanno dormito sui divani letto nell’immensa sala, noi avevamo le due matrimoniali. Piscina, vasca idro, portico con tavolo. Tutto fantastico. Lavanderia a gettoni a pochi passi. Ci si sposta in macchina ma in pochi minuti si raggiunge tutto! Il proprietario ci ha aspettato e fatto vedere tutta la casa. Che dire, tutto perfetto!!

Wir haben die Unterkunft als Basis für einen Motorradurlaub genutzt. Da wird mit einem Anhänger angereist sind, brauchten wir eine verkehrsgünstige Lage und ausreichend Platz zum Rangieren. Beides haben wir bei Emanuels Unterkunft in hervorragendem Maße gehabt. Auch darüber hinaus war das Haus perfekt für uns geeignet. Wir hatten genug Privatsphäre, die Stadt war nicht weit, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren im Umkreis mehr als genug vorhanden. Ausserdem ist Emanuel ein wirklich netter Kerl. Er war immer nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns bei ihm sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein schönes großes Haus mit eigenem Pool und Whirlpool. Super geeignet für eine große Gruppe! Perfekt ausgestattete Küche und Outdoor Küche. Wegen der Lage das Hauses ist ein Auto für Unternehmungen nötig, es liegt sehr ruhig aber auch etwas entfernt vom Strand und vom Ortskern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unusual to find a small house with a garden like this in Venice. The check in was easy, Afra and her friend Barbara were very concerned with making sure that we were settled and gave us plenty of restaurant recommendations. The house is clean and spacious just a few minutes walk from Palanca stop in a very quiet location. The garden is a sun trap and very welcome as a quiet place to sit away from the hustle & bustle of Venice.

Vila Paolo je bila popolna – čista, udobna in idealna za naš oddih. Otroci so uživali v bazenu, mi pa v miru in zasebnosti. Res smo se počutili kot doma. Z veseljem se še vrnemo!

Dario and Cristiana were the best hosts! SO kind and thoughtful. They were flexible and accommodating with timing of arrival for everyone in my family. Cristiana was very communicative and warm. She made us feel at home. The children had a wonderful time playing on the play structure in the backyard. There is a bike trail/very narrow road in front of the house where you can walk and enjoy the river and peacefulness of the country. Downtown Dolo is very quaint and our family had a very good dinner at Napo Pizza. I highly recommend for the fun family atmosphere, air conditioning + yummy pizza/drinks. We never took a train from Dolo or Mira but the train is very easy and goes right into Venice. I would recommend to ride a bike or drive to the train station from this house. I highly recommend this house for a family with kids. I loved the big square dining table in the center of the house where we all sat and talked. We will keep our memories we made here for a long time!

Giovanni and family were incredible hosts, the apartment is outstanding, immaculate and fully stocked with everything you would need. The garden is beautiful and the pool is fantastic for all the family. Nothing was a problem and questions or needs were met with clear communication and quick action. We were there for a wedding but my kids now want to go back for a holiday they enjoyed the apartment and the area so much. Wonderful hosts and a lovely family. We wish them all the best for the future, it’s quite the place Giovanni has. Would give 6 stars if possible.

Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles da, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Sauna, Whirlpool und Pool sowie der Garten sind ein Traum. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Tolles Licht im Garten, schafft abends eine Athmosphere zum wohlfühlen. Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Von uns 5 Sterne und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Casa Maria ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Architektur des Hauses, sein Interior sowie die Außenanlage sind wirklich wunderschön. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und in bestem Zustand! Das Haus bietet jeden Komfort und ist mit den besten Standards ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, waren immer sofort erreichbar und haben sich um jedes Anliegen gekümmert. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Casa Maria und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer traumhaften Lage. Die Dachterasse mit Whirlpool ist wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit Jasna ist super schnell und freundlich. Alles sehr gelungen😊👍
