Στα 100 μέτρα υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε παραλία για κολύμπι, ενώ περιστοιχίζεται από πλειάδα παραλιών με πιο κοσμική αυτή της Λούτσας.

It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
