Charming two-room apartment with terrace overlooking the lake and covered parking, in a strategic position, a 1-minute walk from the station and 3 from the center, between shops and services. Bright and cared for in every detail, it offers a super-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso coffee), bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with TV and sofa bed and a large double bedroom. The terrace, with deck chairs, table and awning, offers an incredible view, perfect for moments of pure relaxation

The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

The apartment belonged to the Palumbo family who donated it to our cooperative in support of services. It's simple, essential, and cool, suitable for young families and couples. It is located within the village, about a 15-minute walk from the station and the lake. On the balcony you can eat and admire a glimpse of the lake

The apartment is located in a typical fishermen's house completely renovated that overlooks Lake Como next to one of the most renowned beaches, Riva Bianca. From the house you can enjoy a splendid view. The house does not face the road directly so as not to disturb the peace and relaxation. In front there is a garden with a vegetable garden, a beautiful lawn and direct access to the lake promenade. My place is good for couples, families and furry friends (pets).

In our home, you can experience the typical atmosphere of the court, feeling like you're in another era. You will have a comfortable double bedroom with its bathroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking the courtyard. A few minutes on a cobblestone path will take you to the beaches of Lake Lario in the Manzoni area of the province of Lecco. Equally wonderful is the view of the mountains of the Grigne Park overlooking the rest of the enchanting panorama

Guests can enjoy a garden with sun loungers and umbrella where you can sunbathe, have lunch, or barbecue. Bikes can be deposited inside the property. 50 meters from the house there are three free parking lots and a grocery.

Situated on the main walking trail Viandante. Perfect for hikers. Reachable by train or car. It is advisable to have a car to get up and down from this place. It's a 15 minute steep walk from train station and Riva Bianca beach. The house is quiet and at the top of a steep hill with great views. We speak Italian and English. Follow #liernamagnificentview
