Beach house vacation rentals in Lido Key

5 Star for sure, hands down, book this house! Things to note: 1. The house is only a few feet away from the main road and on busy weekends there is a huge line of cars from sunset to about 11pm. Some cars are louder than others. Midweek is much better with less cars. The positive: ultra convenient access to the beach. It’s unmatched. 2. One toilet - the house sleeps 7, we had 6. It can get a little dicey at times but ultimately no problem- bonus is the downstairs shower. Really cool. 3. The loft is really cool but the ladder is steep. We had three older boys and they did just fine. Overall - book this house. You can’t get better access to the beach and you’re right up the road from Bridge St. The house had toys, umbrella and chairs… plus a down stairs fridge as well. The house has cool history and the host is exceptional. Check-in and check-out was the easiest of any rental ever. Not kidding…

Highly recommend this home! Great and convenient location, very well-equipped with everything you need — lots of kitchenware, appliances, and even extra beach gear. The house is spacious, bright, and offers amazing views of Siesta Key Beach. The cakes for greeting were tasty and touched. Everything was perfect — thank you for the warm hospitality! The only thing to note is the rather strict checkout rules — there’s quite a bit of cleaning required before leaving. In the U.S. it often comes with extra guest responsibilities, which can be a bit inconvenient. It would be much nicer to simply relax at the end of your stay without having to worry about deep cleaning the house. 😉 Otherwise, all was great and nice! Thank you.

Ivanna’s place was the perfect location for our family! Close to Siesta Key, yet in a private, quiet neighborhood. We loved the lush landscaping, and how well laid out the interior was. It was spotless! Our family also enjoyed the screened in porch and pool in the backyard in addition to that incredible cappuccino machine. I slept so well! Will definitely be staying again!

My family had a wonderful vacation at Danielle 's house. It was everything and more than we expected. The house is beautifuly appointed with all you would need to thoroughly enjoy your stay. The kitchen is loaded with everything you could ever want to cook any meal. It is spacious & inviting for the family to gather together while we cooked. The house itself is majestic. The great room when you 1st walk in is so incredible. The house is inviting and makes you feel right at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, bathrooms are big & roomy and the showers... oh my, full body shower heads make taking a shower a luxury. The lenai with the pool and hot tub is the perfect gathering place and oh so nice to take a swim after a long day at the beach. The dock out back is perfect for a morning coffee or evening beverage. We rented a kayak for the week & had a blast paddling out to the sound. The beach is private & so nice to enjoy the day at. Thank you Danielle for our great memories.

Wonderful home in Anna Maria! Very close to the beach, pool was a nice break from the sun and many beach and pool supplies! Mark was gracious and allowed us to check in earlier as well- this was a life saver with the kids and heat! Would stay again!

We are a wonderful stay in Siesta Key! The place was amazing and perfect for our extended family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone!

If I could give this home 10 stars, I would! This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever returned to, and we’re already planning our next stay for our family of four. The home instantly feels welcoming: fresh flowers, snacks on the counter, even a fridge stocked with cold drinks.. little touches that make you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s house and not a rental. Janine is a wonderfully responsive and thoughtful host. The home is spotless, cozy, and stocked with all the things you might forget to pack (sunblock, toiletries, even slippers). The towels are plush and plentiful, there are extra linens and blankets, and the beds are incredibly comfortable; we slept so well after our days at the beach! Most importantly, you truly can’t beat having a beautiful, quiet beach right in your own backyard. This house is a gem.

Probably one of the best locations around. 2 minute walk to all the major restaurants, shops and grocery store. 5 minute walk to beach. Our teenagers enjoyed the spacious place with having their own rooms and bathroom to share. Hot tub was nice on the cooler rainy evenings to relax in. The place was as described though a bit more worn in then the pictures showed but still a nice place to rest in the evening, sleep and cook up breakfast before spending the day at the beach.

We loved our stay at this villa in the Polynesian Gardens! It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children 4 & 7.yo). The location was very nice; quiet community close to Siesta Key beach and Crescent beach. The villa itself was accommodating in space, we didn't need a lot since we mostly spent time outside. But it wasn't too cramped either and had many nice amenities. Very nicely decorated and felt at home! Only thing is that the glass tables weren't great for young children- I was worried they'd get broken! The community pool was very nice as well as the pier. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio behind the villa for eating dinner/lunch out there a few times. It would have been nice to know that there were some beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas available to use. Will definitely consider this location again! Thank you!

Erin and Alex were very responsive to our questions. The pool app was finicky and the hot tub and pool lights and hot tub would turn off. Erin and Alex were very responsive, helpful and respectful of our privacy. The house and pool area was perfect. It was close enough to the ocean to walk or ride bikes, yet peacefully quiet when sitting by the pool. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. A favorite rental and I hope we can return someday. Highly recommend!

Overall a great experience. On a private and very quiet street, about 10 minutes from the beach when walking. Has some beach chairs and a wagon with small umbrella. Pool was secluded and a good size for a small family.

This private amazing retreat was perfect for our family vacation. It felt so warm and cozy the minute we arrived. June and Bob were thoughtful and gracious hosts and their lovely beach home was complete with anything and everything you could imagine needing. They reached out soon after our arrival to be sure everything was as we expected., offering their assistance in any way needed. The welcome gifts, fresh cinnamon rolls, wine and travel mugs were so appreciated! The new kitchen and comfy beds were so nice. Our family enjoyed walks to the beach, local restaurants and shops, wonderful people and of course the lazy river pool! The kids found so many fun pool toys and loved taking the bikes for rides on the island. The pool was so warm and we loved the light show in the evening hours. We sat at the table poolside and played games, enjoyed snacks and grilled . It was sad to leave this little piece of heaven. Making memories is a precious thing, they are already asking to return.

I had Paid less at other place on the water. 250 per night, this place was 375. it ok live ones in a life time .

Wonderful stay! Plenty of space for our family of 5. Beach was a very short walk and a beach wagon and beach chairs were provided to make even easier. We loved relaxing in pool after beach and looks cool lighted at night. Kids liked taking the free trolley bus to shops and sweet treats. House very clean and updated. Would stay again.

Our stay was so easy and enjoyable! Dior’s place is so cute and very clean. We were able to walk to multiple shops, bars, and restaurants. It was so nice to have our private beach access right down the sidewalk, and right beside the pool! We were also so glad that she was able to accommodate us on such short notice. Everything was perfect! This will definitely be our go-to place to stay when we visit Siesta!

myself with my Partner Paula, daughter Sammy and her boyfriend Tom stayed at Jonathan's wonderful house for 2 weeks, starting May 25th 2025. We were all delighted with the house and fully equipped with all our needs. We made use of the communal pool and found those that lived in the community very helpful and friendly. We made use of the Breeze bus that was great for going to the village. I made contact with Jonathan a few times regarding minor things and he responded very quickly.

The house met our needs while being cute and quaint. The place was very clean and well kept. We would stay there again.

Kate was truly the best host! This was my first time renting an Airbnb, so I was a little nervous—my girlfriend and I even thought it might be too good to be true. But from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Kate made the whole process super smooth, and the place was exactly like the photos—beautiful, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Seriously, anything we thought of, she had it! We felt completely at home and can’t wait to come back. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in or near Venice. It was amazing in every way!

Solen was an amazing host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She even brought us a brand-new can opener when we needed one! The house was spotless, cozy, and located in a great area. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

The house was wonderful! Great comfy beds. Kitchen has everything and more that you will need. The host was very quick to respond and provide a couple things that needed to be fixed. The house has great amenities. My son had a wonderful time fishing every day with provided gear. And we loved the kayaks and paddle boards! The community pool wasn’t as welcoming as we had hoped and the walk to the beach is a little further than expected, although beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like home! We really appreciated the easy check out list. Not as complicated as some other stays we have had.
