We are happy to share the results with our guests. In 2024 we have further upgraded the kitchen area. Casa Carlotta offers a stunning location; an uninterrupted 180-degree sea view of the mediterranean, enjoyed from the large terrace that surrounds the house, and access to the sea which is just a few short steps away.

A pizzeria, café/restaurant with an ice cream parlour and a small supermarket (only open in the high season) are within short walking distance. Two more small supermarkets in Lidi di Noto are open all year.

Lovely independent apartment, on the ground floor of a single villa, 50 meters from the sea and 6 kilometers from Noto, pearl of the baroque. The apartment has been completely renovated in the past few months and furnished ex novo. A spacious garden, equipped with a barbecue, outdoor shower and parking is available for guests to enjoy.
