Στους ανακαινισμένους ,το 2021, χώρους του μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 5 άτομα παρέχοντας δυο υπνοδωμάτια με κουζίνα, καθιστικό και δυο μπάνια. Διαθέτει μεγάλους υπαίθριους χώρους με καθιστικά και τραπεζαρία, καθώς και αυτόνομο βοηθητικό χώρο πλυντηρίου. Η απόσταση από την υπέροχη παραλία είναι μόλις 50μ.

Δίπλα από το κτήμα βρίσκεται ένα από τα πολλά παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια του νησιού. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι της Τήνου είναι περίπου 6 χιλιόμετρα.

This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.
