We had a great time with the family at Anna and Marco's. The apartment is conveniently located close to the lake and entertainment, very welcoming and well-equipped. We were able to take beautiful walks using only public transportation. We particularly appreciated Marco's personalized advice and availability during the stay. The contact by interposed messages was very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Apartment as advertised. No complaints. Impeccable cleanliness! Good to know for people who have minor walking problems...there are many stairs to go down to the village but in return we have a magnificent view overlooking the lake and now we have concrete calves! 😀

Beautiful, relaxing place to stay with incredible views of the lake… only 25 steps to the water from the property! There have been reviews where the parking was described as difficult but it’s now super easy … the middle spot in a private parking deck right off the road. It’s best to come with a car to get to the nearby towns and restaurants. It’s a short walk from the property to coffee and a market with fresh pastries and pasta. We had a wonderful time here.

Absolutely wonderful stay 😊 the flat and the views are absolutely gorgeous!! In a quieter area of lake Como, but it is an absolute gem. Still plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance, and a little shop as well. There is a wonderful bar/cafe a 10 min walk down the lake front, which is the best place I’ve had my morning coffee. Musso will now be our base for future visits to Lake Como - there are few tourists but a 10 min drive to Menaggio where you can catch the ferry to Como, Bellagio and Varenna (among others). We didn’t go to Como, but Varenna and Bellagio were each a 15 min boat ride. Simone was extremely helpful with recommendations, and also when we extended our trip for a few days. You must catch the sunrise on the balcony - it is magical, as is the whole place! Plenty of parking, and a little beach right infront of the apartment. Cannot recommend enough, and we will be back. A great spot on the edge of Como Lake. The lake is directly located at the foot of the accommodation. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing place. Parking in front of the entrance is a real plus. Costa is a great host, very friendly with great tips. Thank you again for a few great days.

Luisella and her husband were very friendly and helpful getting us settled. They took the time to share recommendations for restaurants and hikes. They also had a map handy and wrote out the places they were recommending. The house was fabulous and in a great location - loved being able to listen to the nearby waterfall when we had our windows open. Also appreciated ability to walk to downtown Varenna. It was only a 20 minute walk and preferred to have a house in a quieter place. Our stay was perfect in every way!

Cozy unit, host was super friendly, very responsive and helpful. Unit has lots of space for our party of 6. Kitchen was fully equipped. The views are spectacular! Take into consideration this unit has alot of stairs. Parking along the lake during tourist season can be a challenge. We would return.

Lovely apartment with spectacular view. Friendly and responsive host. Especially liked the extra little things, like additional towels for swimming, and extra adapters for charging devices. Would be happy to come back.

Maria and Paolo where great hosts when we arrived it was pouring rain they offer to pick us up and bring us to the appartment which was so kind and helped with our luggage they knew we were Irish so left David. A Italian beer and some crackers to try along with maps and sightseeing flyers the views are stunning like something out of a magazine , so much to do and see would deff stay here again

Our stay at Manuele and Giorgia's apartment near Lake Como was absolutely wonderful! While there isn't a lake view directly from the apartment, its location more than makes up for it. We loved being able to walk to the lakefront within minutes, and there are so many fantastic restaurants just a stone's throw away. Bellagio was also a super short and easy drive, making day trips incredibly convenient. What truly set this place apart was the incredible thought Manuele and Giorgia have put into every detail. From extra towels to a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings, they've genuinely anticipated all the little things that make a stay comfortable and stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend their apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and truly welcoming base for exploring Lake Como!

Our stay in Alessandras apartment was amazing. The place is exactly as seen in photos and you are less than 60 seconds from the lake. The views nearby are amazing! Alessandra was very responsive, offering recommendations and doing all she could to be of assistance. I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean apartment with everything we needed for our trip. Beds were comfty and clean. A short walk to Bellagio (some hills involved FYI in case of mobility issues). Parking was convenient for us too.

This apartment is well equipped and its position on the lake is amazing. The views are stunning . You actually cant wait to come home at the end of the day.Andrea very efficient and helpful...Great swimming pool, and area felt like our own The local shops are great to use slightly more expensive than supermarkets in town but easy to walk to. Wine shop is the best thing ever. You can sample wine before purchasing and its so cheap. Take your own bottle for refill..C10 bus route top of road ,either way is great. 6 mins to Menaggio. Other way is towards Colico. Nice place called Sa Vito kite surfing area and Colico was also nice and not so touristy .

A big and heartfelt thank you to Emilio for the wonderful week we spent in his apartment and at the campsite! Sometimes random finds are the best finds :-) We could now repeat the same things from the previous positive reviews, but we will keep it short and confirm everything written so far! But still, in addition to the impeccable apartment, we would like to highlight the exceptionally clean and very beautiful surroundings, more precisely the campsite incl. the super (large) pool and with everything else the campsite has to offer and to which the apartment is attached. We hope that in the near future we will have the opportunity to spend our Pentecost vacation there again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was just as described – clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped. I particularly liked the modern kitchen. Check-in went completely smoothly and Federica was always available, friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend this place!

Sandra's small place was very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather, but Sandra can't help it. Still, we felt comfortable. The beach "outside the door" is a pebble beach, so you should wear bathing shoes, otherwise it is a little uncomfortable. From the B&B you can take beautiful hiking tours. We will be happy to come back :)

Wow! What a beautiful flat. Nicoletta was very responsive! She was by far one of the best host on Airbnb. The place was beautiful!! Clean and very spacious! More spacious than the picture showed!! THE VIEW! While it’s got a smaller view than most would want of como it still was amazing and very lovely to sit on the balcony and drink a glass of wine at night or eat a croissant and drink an espresso in the morning. Nicoletta was very responsive in so many ways. She fixed the one issue we had instantly without a fuss. That alone I wanna give her 10/5! She had recommendations on the spot for everything. She replied very fast and it was so nice. We are already want to come back!!

The apartment has everything one needs and is very well located, with a mini market, a café and a bus location nearby. There are also a few restaurants and a boat stop at a walking distance. The place is very comfy and has stunning views of the lake. Manuela is very friendly and responsive. I hope we can come back one day!

Big thanks to Serena who is the nicest host which I met, after few days you feel like at home, She is super helpful and sending a lot of information regarding nearest attractions, restaurants, transport etc. Always proactive ❤️ Lovely place with one of the most beautiful views. We were really sad that we need to leave it, definitely if we will have a chance we will come back!!

magical place. the veranda is better than the photos. super clean. Giovanni was a great host. didn't bother us but always available if we needed anything. house is private and a quick five minute walk to Lierna which for us was the perfect size - grocery and a few spots for dining.
