Situé à quelques minutes de Paimpol, célèbre petit port de pêche, à quelques pas de la plage discrète de sable claire. Accès directGR34, proximité de l’Ile de Bréhat, Château de la Roche Jagu, Sillon de Talbert, Golf de Boisgelin.

Completely renovated, the house was designed in a vacation spirit thanks to its large terrace with barbecue and summer kitchen. The thoughtful decor creates a relaxing atmosphere.

Vous allez adorer cette très belle maison en bois à 1,5 km de la plage et du GR34, dans une impasse calme, dans un jardin arboré, au coeur du petit bourg de Pleubian ! La maison orientée au sud est très lumineuse avec ses nombreuses ouvertures. La maison se démarque par son confort et sa grande fonctionnalité, mais aussi par sa déco moderne et unique, réalisée en grande partie par Nathalie, la propriétaire, Artiste-Sculptrice.

Pleasant little village house

Charming Breton house completely renovated in 2021, located in the village of Pouldouran, a small port nestled at the bottom of the Bizien estuary. The house is ideally located to enjoy the calm, the suspended terrace above the river is a plus. Many hiking trails are 2 steps from the house and you can enjoy the coast near Paimpol, Brehat Island, the Talbert furrow, Tréguier and the pink granite coast.

Our accommodation is close to the sea, in the countryside. You will appreciate it for the calm and its layout, while being close to Paimpol (port, shops, restaurants, ...). Our house is perfect for couples and families (with children). For hikers, the GR 34 passes about 500m from the house. Linens and towels are not provided.
