Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lewisham

I had an absolutely lovely time at Shirley's! Shirley was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was lovely to stay with a host as a younger person traveling solo! The room was incredibly comfortable and well kept, the bread and fixings for breakfast were delicious, and it was so easy to get anywhere in London I wanted to go! Shirley was so kind, and I had a wonderful stay!

The Loft was very private with great amenities, including a spacious bathroom. The view of London was spectacular! The coffee machine was also greatly appreciated. The locality is great with parks, cafes, shops and the bus stop and train station all nearby. Check in was easy to organise as Christine was very responsive. I would definitely recommend and will be returning for my next trip to London.

Carol was a lovely and thoughtful host. The house was beautiful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the balcony and how convenient the location was, just a short walk from the train station. Carol also left us a basket of fruits and pastries in the morning, which was such a kind touch. Great value for money overall, and we’d definitely stay here again next time!

I had a really nice stay at Alex's over a weekend. Alex and his partner were great hosts very friendly and approachable. Their house is very comfortable and clean, and my room was perfect, with enough space to relax and get a bit of work done. The bathroom I had to myself was spotless and the kitchen was ideal to do a bit of cooking in. The location is great, just next to Beckenham place park which is well worth a visit. Overall a really nice stay, highly recommend!

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

Daniel’s place was the perfect location to get in and out of London each day and lovely and quiet at night. If you don’t want to pay central London accommodation rates, I recommend staying here. Very clean and comfortable. Thanks for the stay Daniel.

I had an excellent stay at Gina’s London flat! Gina was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station, with easy access to all the city’s highlights. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. As a bonus, the views of The Shard and London Eye were spectacular! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Great apartment in a convenient location and nice setup for working from home. Everything was nice and clean as well.

We really enjoyed our stay and would come back. I had a nice walk to the office along the canal and my wife enjoyed exploring the neighborhoods. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Fantastic place! I stayed in the flat for 1 week during a business trip and I would love to come back during my next trip. Fantastic location, so central you can walk everywhere. Everything you need for a stress free stay. Very flexible host - highly appreciated.

Cozy apartment in central location. We walked everywhere, and it’s close to public transit options. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and gave excellent recommendations. Be prepared to walk up to the top floor; with the benefits of quiet and privacy. It was a nice place to use as home base for exploring London.

Marc’s place was just as described and shown on the photos, the space was perfect for the four of us and the decor was different from what we’re used to, which made it all the more fun to look around! The apartment is on a quiet residential street but so close to the tube that you can be in central London in no time, so there was plenty to do close by. Marc was a brilliant host, very proactive in reaching out and providing instructions, and very responsive when we had questions, we couldn’t ask for more from him and would thoroughly recommend a stay here! We will definitely look to book again next time we visit. Thanks Marc!

Deborah made me feel welcome from the moment I was in contact with her. She ensured that I arrived well and she always provided help and suggestions during my stay. The apartment is nice, the room was spacious for London standards and Deborah always welcomed me in her kitchen or the lounge. Very much enjoyed my time at her place.

We loved staying with Fiona! Her place is cozy and clean and so easy to get to the bus. She made us a yummy breakfast every morning and we had such a great time talking with her every day. We would definitely stay here again.

Right away, Catherine made me feel right at home. She provided an entire binder of recommendations to help plan our stay in London. Her home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very clean. The home was also in a very nice area. I would visit London again just to stay in this airbnb!

I very much enjoyed staying at Jackie's garden apartment. She was helpful with suggestions. Breakfast dishes were always placed out for me. Her garden was a welcome haven after a long day of walking. I had a lovely stay at Diana‘s place, from her warm welcome and a cup of tea on my arrival, recommendations for walking out to dinner in the neighborhood, and a lovely fresh breakfast each morning, to her offer of a ride to the train station at my departure. The location was an easy 10 minute walk to the Clapham South tube station, and in a quiet neighborhood for a good night’s sleep. Wonderful conversations and warm hospitality. Thank you, Diana~

My partner and I stayed at Sally and Chris's place, which was very clean and comfortable. Sally was very communicative and accommodating throughout. The location itself is fabulous, right by Finsbury Park and very easy to get to. We stayed during a heatwave in London and Sally provided us with fans which helped us get to sleep. I would highly recommend staying here and would consider doing so for any future trips to London!

Celia's place is just as described: a nice and cosy room, clean bathroom and access to the kitchen. Celia was quick in responding to our questions before our stay and very accommodating with our check-in time which was greatly appreciated. The place is only approximately 35min from the city center when travelling by tube. You get a delicious breakfast in the morning which makes this place a catch: you get a lot for the price you pay. Celia was very warm and welcoming (and as a bonus there is a very cute cat living in the house :) ). We would 100% recommend staying here!

It had been my third stay with Geraldine and I have nothing but praise : ) you get your money's worth, the room is comfortable and the area is super peaceful and safe. If you treat the place and the host with respect, you will get it right back! Never had any issue and even during the colder months, there is strong heating (just close the door so the heat doesn't escape) and extra things like a portable heater etc. at your disposal. Location wise it's not completely central, but I think you get the safety of the area in return and from what I experienced, the district line seemed to be one of the more reliable tube lines anyway. Definitely worth every penny!
