Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lewes

We had a great stay at this AirBnB, it truly is right on the water. The pictures and all the listed amenities are accurate. The house was very clean and the air conditioning worked great on hot days. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious and each bedroom and the living room has their own Smart TV. We appreciated the first floor bedroom and bathroom for our older guests. The location provides immediate access to the beach with a lovely deck, a short drive to Milton restaurants and a quick walk to the Broadkill store for pantry items. The houses are close together and everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. Linda was incredibly responsive and check-in was easy.

Spotless, super well equipped, large house in great location. I loved all the coffee options (from Kruger to Nespresso, including a milk frother). Scott was easy to communicate with. The house truly has everything you need, from beach chairs to cookware in great condition to sidewalk chalk. 100% recommend and hope to be back!

Wow, what a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, we knew we picked a winner. The accuracy of the listing was spot on, the photos truly captured the home’s lovely layout. All advertised amenities were not only present but also in perfect working order. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, the spaciousness of the house, and how impeccably clean and well maintained everything was. The master bathroom, in particular, was a highlight! The location was convenient, and we loved the safe, pleasant neighborhood vibe, and having the pool and biking trail just a short walk away was a bonus! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We’d definitely rent again!

This is our second time at Cody and Staci’s house! It was as great as the first time. Their home is super clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Always a stellar choice to stay at our Rehoboth vacation!

We spent a lovely long weekend at this home with family for a wedding. The home was exactly as described; extremely clean, welcoming and decor was beautiful. It was in a perfect location to walk to the beach in addition to being close & convenient to town. The hostess was wonderful to work with; friendly and quick in responses. Work highly recommended to others and would most definitely stay here again!!

We celebrated a birthday at Jason’s place and it was perfect! The home was spacious enough for 9, lots of beach gear was provided, and it’s a great location easily drivable to the beach and accessible via foot and bikes to lots of yummy restaurants, plus the games and TVs at the house made it just as fun to hang out there!

Our family had a great experience here. We noticed right away how clean and well cared for the place was. Florin was so easy to get in touch with and check-in/check out was super simple! The location is away from the busiest areas of Rehoboth but with really quick access to restaurants/breweries/shopping. The beach was just a few minutes drive with plenty of parking. We brought our bikes and had easy access to the state park and some of the great bike paths around. Also as a personal recommendation if you have an extra day - you’re just a 15 minute drive to the Lewes/Cape May ferry. Our kids loved the experience of the ferry and exploring Cape May, NJ. Finally the outdoor space is great for families with plenty of room for outdoor dining and campfires.

Peaceful setting to get away for the week. We had a small issue occur while staying at the house and Laura took care of it that day. She was timely with responding and communicating with us. The kids had a great time at the dock catching crabs and minnows. The pool was nice to have access to as well. We would stay here again.

Beautiful decor, comfy couch, convenient keyless entry, very clean kitchen & bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, nice television for streaming our favorite shows, nice walk to downtown restaurants, shops & parks. Great location for visiting Delaware beaches.

Great stay! Everything was great: clean, cute, well-stocked, private, quiet, lots of thoughtful details, nice looking, a good location for biking/walking into town and a responsive host. When I return to Milton, I will definitely check to see if this place is available.

John’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with some friends! We could walk to everything and it was great to have a place to park the car!

This is our second stay at All Decked Out. The space is decorated beautifully and it has everything you need and more! Dennis and Steven are gracious and warm and truly make you feel at home. We love the location because it’s a very short ride to both Cape Henlopen State Park in Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. By far, one of our favorite Airbnb’s.

Had an amazing time at this beautiful beachfront Airbnb. The location couldn’t have been better, literally steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind by the water.

As my review indicates, they were very responsive. Any issues I had were minimal, but I still mentioned them upon checkout, and the response was very kind and you can tell he wants guests to be comfortable and have everything that they need and the space be clean. Everything is decorated wonderfully. I would definitely stay again in this or one of his other properties

this is the second time staying at Jeff’s place and it was perfect as always. He had all the amenities that you would need. The space was very clean and he was very responsive to any questions that we had and it was only a six minute Uber ride to the beach/ night life. We’ll definitely be booking again

Nena and Andrew are awesome hosts and their Airbnb is beautiful . Honestly pictures do not do it justice . Rooms are spacious , linens are comfortable , and the place is ultra CLEAN . You can tell they take pride in keeping their place well maintained

We LOVED this place. Looked better than the pictures (and the pictures looked great to begin with). So spacious, including all of the balcony areas. Close to lewes beach and the state park. Great area for a family getaway. Had everything we needed and more. Also Bohdan was an excellent host and very responsive!

The condo was easy to find and easily accessible!! The location is a short drive from the beach and very quiet!! We loved that the balcony was enclosed by a screen to help minimize the bugs and heat; There were plenty of utensils and cookware to assist you with cooking during your stay. Overall, Our stay was enjoyable and We would recommend this booking to our friends and family. We look forward to booking again!!

Chris is a great host! We had a wonderful stay. His home was beautiful and clean. He greeted us at our arrival and was warm and friendly. The pillows of various firmness to need the needs of different kinds of sleepers were a really nice, welcoming touch!

We had a perfect stay at Jonathan’s place. Very clean & nicely decorated condo in a quiet, relaxed location which is an easy drive to Rehoboth. Comfortable beds. Convenient to the bike trail which we rode to Lewes & Cape Henlopen. I just found the single-gear bike was very hard to peddle so I’d recommend you plan on renting a newer one if you want to enjoy your ride (unless, of course, you want a challenging workout!)

Bryan is super responsive and easy to communicate with. He notified us of detailed check in and check out instructions. He then checked in on us towards the end of the trip to make sure all of our expectations were met; to which they were. This condo is exactly as described in the listing and pictures. It’s clean and cozy. The view from the bedroom is unmatched. The location is perfect in a sense that it’s not too close to the boardwalk, making the area a little more quiet, but also within 10 mins to the best restaurants and bars. The staff at the condo and even other guests were friendly and courteous. If you’re afraid of heights, this might not be the best place to stay for you, but as I previously mentioned, the view from the master bedroom can’t be beat. That view alone, would have us stay again. I would definitely recommend this stay to others.
