Our idyllic tiny house is located directly above the pond, which is accessible from the covered veranda. The newly built living area with kitchen, fireplace & a large sofa – which offers sleeping for an additional 2 people – is connected to the old bee house, where the bedroom & wood-fired sauna (20.00 per person) are located. In the middle of the natural & vegetable garden of the Spicher family lies this small oasis, surrounded by chickens in the old village center of the wine-growing village of Schinznach.

The playground with trampoline, sandbox and tractor for climbing is right next door for shared use. The place was very clean, stylishly furnished and aesthetically pleasing, you can tell that there is a lot of love for detail here. Communication with the hosts was excellent: Although there were minor complications on my side, they were very understanding, flexible and communicated everything clearly and warmly. Both the reception and the farewell were very warm and friendly. Overall a consistently positive experience, highly recommended!

What a view! This was such a peaceful home to stay in. It was perfect for our family. We cooked a few dinners at the house and had a few dinners. Our host recommended renting a car as local bus doesn’t always run when you need it. I would recommend renting a car for this location as uber isn’t always available and it’s a hike up the mountain with luggage. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is magical!! You have to get the sky loft room with the bathtub an breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne. You did need a rental car to book this place. But it’s worth it.

5 stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! This was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and immaculately clean, with breathtaking views that truly capture the magic of Switzerland. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a home away from home. Our host Nadia and Miles went above and beyond—always responsive, incredibly kind, and genuinely helpful. They even provided snacks on arrival and personally dropped us off at the station when we left, which was such a thoughtful gesture. If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic, and heartwarming place to stay, this is it. Highly recommended and we are definitely going to book the place again.
