The place matches the listing. Spacious balcony. It is located in a residential complex; beach and town center with supermarket, restaurants, bars, bakery within walking distance 10-15 min. Also the bus stop (although it runs sporadically). The path to the apartment goes slightly uphill and there is no real pedestrian path. Since it is dark in the evening, a flashlight is recommended. But after 1-2 times you get the hang of it and know the road layout. However, the host Gilles is particularly noteworthy. Always available, responds reliably and politely, very helpful. Even before arrival, he made contact and provided helpful information. Lovingly, he even picked me up from the airport. Unfortunately, there was a strike during my stay, so the boat shuttle did not run. Gilles did everything to find alternatives or organize a transfer. The personal conversations were always pleasant. Top value for money. Recommended!

The accommodation is very well located, with well-served roads, which means that we were able to explore a large part of the island. We were able to park the car in front of the house. We had a pleasant stay at Dany and Jacques's The studio is well located, close to the beach restaurants shops. The neighborhood is quiet, there is a private parking space for the car! A pool available! The welcome by Dany and Jacques is very friendly We would highly recommend their place and if we have the opportunity we will happily go back.

We were hosted very well by Lysette, a friend of Josyane's who left us some food, given our late arrival. Very good stay with the beach just down the road, some restaurants and grocery store nearby. Listing as described with large terrace but which deserves some minor renovation work. Good value for money all the same. Thanks Josyane

We had a great time at David's place. The apartment is very well equipped, and very quiet. The big plus is the walking distance to Grande Anse d'Arlet beach which is just magical. We would highly recommend and come back if we have a chance

Very well hosted by Nicolas upon arrival, with a bonus of a small homemade punch, very much appreciated! The accommodation is perfectly equipped, functional, very clean, and ideally located. A pretty bouquet of flowers in the kitchen brought a delicate and friendly touch. We would definitely recommend this listing!

We had a pleasant stay in Petite Anse. The accommodation is spacious and the large terrace with sea and mountain views makes it very appreciated. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with a mosquito net (it's very useful). Henriette was also very friendly and available to us. The bathroom would deserve a little refresh. We did not have the pleasure of enjoying the welcome pot mentioned in the listing but the first breakfast.

Lovely little home, properly equipped. The pool is a big plus at the end of the day. Nice welcome from our host Ludovic who offered us a bottle of homemade ti-punch and a fruit basket upon arrival. Ludovic is very nice. The place was clean and good location. Close to the center of Saint-Anne, Les Salines, Saint-Anne and Marin beaches. Please note that some basic supplies, such as toilet paper, garbage bags, dish towels are limited. Otherwise, everything was good and we would definitely recommend this little cocoon.

We really liked being close to amenities (bakery, public market, beach) we would go back without hesitation. Communications with Guillaume and Sévierine were always quick and courteous too. DOMINIQUE! Amazing host, amazing spot, and I know where to stay for my next vacation in Martinique! We were blown away by his kindness and his excellent local tips on activities and hiking . We had a great time at Chantal's, a very friendly, attentive and responsive person (washing machine broken, changed very quickly). The environment is ideal, residence in a park with swimming pool, modern and convenient accommodation (beautiful sheltered terrace). The village is peaceful with bakery 2 steps away, convenience store and good restaurants on the beach just 500 meters away. In addition, the area is ideal for visiting the whole island without going too many kilometers. i recommend this listing and its host! Thank you.

This place has exactly what we needed for a week, host was responsive and other guests were courtesy of noise at night. While I didn’t have children with me, this would be a great location to stay if you do.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra and Luca's! They are welcoming, responsive and attentive to our well-being. The accommodation is very comfortable and well-equipped, the view from the terrace is superb. It is conveniently located, avoiding traffic jams for the North and South, which are therefore easily accessible. Many good restaurants in town are within walking distance, a pleasure not to have to take the car everywhere. Private beach and pool access are also two big pluses! Nothing to say, we can only recommend.

The studio is as described and is located in the upper part of the residence. It therefore benefits from a very beautiful sea view... the pool is a plus even if it is a little old. Danielle is very concerned about hosting us well... We are very satisfied with our stay in Tartane.

The place is perfect and very well located, right on the beach. Several amenities such as the small cooler and fins are a plus for the duration of the stay.
