Charming quiet family home, 5 bedrooms

Spacious (250 m2) and peaceful house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Completely renovated in early 2023, the house offers all the comforts for a moment with friends or family in the Monts du Forez. A large equipped kitchen and a large living space will allow you to fully enjoy the place with an unobstructed view of the mountains and the village. Five large bedrooms upstairs, including a master suite with its own bathroom, offer views of the surrounding countryside.

The house is a recently built and welcoming chalet. You will enjoy a region ideal for hiking or discovering a rich local heritage. Our master bedroom offers a timeless stay with breathtaking view over the hills of Massif Central. With its large volumes, Versailles parquet flooring and monumental fireplace, the room is at the heart of this property, which belongs to the same family since 1781. With a large terrace at your disposal, and the exclusive use of the swimming pool (open after May 20th) and grounds, you're guaranteed a unique and rejuvenating stay. Our comfortable apartment is close to the capital of cutlery Thiers and the St Rémy sur Durolle lake, it will allow you to discover Puy de Dôme and the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park. Just 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand (5 minutes from the A89). It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, kitchenware and 2-seater sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed, air conditioning) and a bathroom/WC.

In the heart of Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, this 150 m² fully renovated old farmhouse has a large living room with kitchen area, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets, 4 bedrooms, 1 TV lounge area. Upon arrival, the beds will be made, towels will be provided and you will have complimentary cleaning products for the house. You can also enjoy the largest mountain bike area in France (Massif des Bois Noirs mountain bike area).
