Tastefully renovated while respecting its rustic DNA, this cottage has modern comforts for a warm stay. 220 m2, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets (including 1 separate), jacuzzi, gym, pool, and outdoor dining area with XXL barbecue. Here everything is free: linens are provided, coffee beans for machines (& tea, sugar, honey, condiments), jacuzzi, and late check-out offered!

Our cottage is located in the heart of the village of Lavardin, a stone’s throw from the castle, the 11th century Romanesque church and from the Rotte to the biques, for beautiful hikes with breathtaking views of our beautiful village and the Loir valley. Not to mention its bakery and restaurant! The entire cottage will be at your disposal. You have access to our garden, a private terrace and an old workshop transformed into a summer lounge. Two e-bikes are at your disposal.

My house is a troglodyte, the garden overlooks the village and offers breathtaking views of the castle and the 11th century church. It offers tranquility, freshness (20°C all year round regardless of the outside temperature). It's the perfect place to disconnect. All my equipment will be at your disposal as well as my video projector (Chromecast, DVD, HDMI cable). I'll be flexible on schedules. :)
