Private parking is next to the lower entrance of the residence (top, paid parking). 4th floor out of 5 without elevator, its terrace is spacious. Facing south, its view is soothing on the larches and the mountain. It is renovated and fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, TV. Ski locker during the winter.

The studio has a "mountain corner" with a double bed (140) on two floors, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, separate toilet, kitchen open to the living/dining room and a south-facing balcony. The living room sofa can be converted into a 130 cm bed.

I offer you our very well equipped and renovated Design studio, for a weekend, a week or more... in the heart of the Orres 1650 resort. This family resort in the Southern Alps offers many activities, open summer and winter. Enjoy a double exposure apartment on the top floor of a snowfront building and wake up with a magnificent view of Les Orres 1800 and its mountains. Furnished to live there year-round at first, it has been fully renovated with noble materials: dry stones, fine brushed burnt vapo larch, ... The bedding is of hotel quality. All rooms have a smart TV, like the living room. Perfect comfort for a family vacation.
