In the old port district, ideal for visiting the old town on foot and enjoying the terraces overlooking the towers of La Rochelle! If arriving by train, the train station is a 15mn walk, 5mn by taxi or bus. The apartment is in an old building, on the 3rd floor, unobstructed view of the big clock, all the comforts in a nice clear and pleasant studio. Towards the inner courtyard, it is usually quiet. ideal accommodation for 2 quiet in full sun (attention! no air conditioning) with land that expands the residential space, close to all shops. Bedding remains a BZ. Parking and swimming pool are a great plus. 3km from the old port of La Rochelle but this is easily on foot or by river shuttle (€3/person). Elsa provides a detailed notebook of things to do to make your stay easier. I would highly recommend the place. Thank you to Samuel for hosting and providing advice. We'll save the address for another visit.

It was a great time at Nicolas's! The residence is very nice, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot weather and the apartment, with the shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for outdoor breakfasts. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back!
