Offering a fully equipped kitchen, 5 en-suite bedrooms, sauna, hot-tub / jacuzzi, mezzanine area above the lounge, ski-boot heaters. There is underfloor heating throughout the chalet. Not suitable for parties or excessive noise, as the owners live next door.

The Pen Men apartment, with a total area of ​​135m², occupies a large part of the first and second levels of a small 2-storey building (3 apartments in total).<br><br>The duplex opens onto an entrance hall giving access to a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a small wardrobe.<br>It also leads to the living room, with a vast area of ​​almost 50m², bathed in light thanks to its south-east exposure.

Nestled in a secluded chalet with no direct neighbors, this spacious 62 m² loft features its own 16 m² private terrace. From every corner of the apartment, breathtaking views of the Aravis mountains and La Tournette invite you to pause and comtemplation. Enjoy independent access via an outdoor stone staircase, and convenient private parking just behind the chalet.

This year we are focusing on self catering bookings for the main chalet so that you can use and enjoy the beautiful space, view and ambience at your leisure.
