Vacation rentals with a patio in Les Garennes sur Loire

Spacious apartment, there were 5 of us and we didn't run out of space. It is also very well located, we did everything on foot and left our car in the private parking (real plus). The hosts were great and attentive. The instructions given were very clear, we had no difficulty finding the apartment and understanding how the parking lot works, etc. The only weak point of the apartment is for me the insulation, the street noise and the life in the building were quite present.

The one-room apartment is really very nice and exceptionally tastefully furnished. You can see that an architect was at work here with attention to detail. We felt very at home for a week and enjoyed Saumur and the surroundings from here. The apartment is fully recommended without restrictions. Only the house entrance and the staircase are unsuitable for people with mobility impairments.

Very well located accommodation in the center of Cholet. Shops, restaurants, are nearby. The apartment is well equipped. Parking space is very nice. The loggia ensures a relaxing time. We had a pleasant stay.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was very lovingly decorated, had high-quality kitchen appliances, very comfortable mattresses and was very large. The only small negative point: Unfortunately, there was no direct access for us (AirBnB) from the garage via the courtyard into the house. You had to walk around the block. But overall highly recommended!!

Nicolas' apartment was perfect and as described. Easy to find, it offered convenient parking for our car and a bike rack. I loved the high ceilings and decor, and it was sparkling clean. We spent a three-day weekend in this accommodation, as soon as we entered we were amazed by the beauty of the apartment!! Bathroom with double shower head with integrated LEDs!! Super beautiful and well exposed terrace. Both bedrooms are beautiful and the mattresses are exceptionally comfortable! The living room and kitchen are super bright with all the equipment (fridge, kettle, citrus press and SMEG toaster) really great!!!

We had a great time as a family in this impeccable accommodation. I would highly recommend it.

Great place at the top of a small hill, quiet secluded with a view to the forest. It's exotic when you come from the city but with all the comforts you need. The host provides many things for quality hospitality. I would highly recommend it.

The accommodation, located in a very pretty town is very beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and quiet. Our hosts are very nice and quick to respond to requests to give us tips for places and activities. For a stay with family or friends, we will be happy to come back and we have already given the address to friends.

100% recommended accommodation. We were very comfortable, the house is as advertised, my dog was in heaven with the garden they had for him to be free, close to many chateaux to visit, the area is unbeatable, and the hosts are a luxury as people, attentive at all times so that we felt at home.
