Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Very nice week. We (4 adults and 2 children) were very warmly welcomed by Françoise and Gérald. The cottage is beautiful, quiet and it is very easy to park. It is very clean and well-equipped. The garden and pool located behind the house is a peaceful oasis where we were able to relax. It is well located and we were able to go on our excursions (La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin, Sables d'Olonne, Puy du Fou), everything was at a reasonable distance (45-55 minutes). Shops nearby.

Pauline is adorable, her explanations are very precise, and she offers a nice guide with good addresses for visits and restaurants. We strongly recommend!

Refurbished but the owners seem to have bargain-hunted a lot for the furniture, the result is pretty and comfortable. Their children's world is also welcoming for little guests...
