Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Les Clefs

Villa Pernette was a great stop on our trip through France! Really beautiful home with breathtaking views from every window! The location was also great, a bit quieter town but yet lots of recreational options near by and great for easy biking from the house. Oliver and Jacqueline were super attentive, accommodating and just all around nice people. We really enjoyed them! One thing to note, is it sits right on the street so you do hear traffic and we were there at the beginning of the busy season so it wasn't too bad but I can imagine it gets pretty loud when you are outside. On the inside it is really quiet. They have great A/C in all the rooms. Also, crossing the street can feel a bit dangerous at times because for some reason the speed limit increases right there so cars can be going pretty fast. Just something to think of with children. However, once you are by the water the beauty outweighs it all. They really have one of the best spots on the water in that area!

Clean and very well-equipped accommodation, close to Annecy, many activities and the center of Thones. Huguette and Christian are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Very happy stay!

How lucky we were to stay in this perfectly located cocoon. What a pleasure to eat on the terrace, with the birds singing, the sheep bells and the gentle sound of the river. The area is a gem. I would 100% recommend!

Fantastic house Very cozy, big, comfortable, big, super clean, renovated showers, it was really the best house I have ever rented! Above expectations! Will certainly return, and I warmly recommend this house!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The accommodation is very well located for discovering the region, both quiet, functional and impeccably clean. Guillaume is a friendly, welcoming and very pleasant host, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I would recommend it in a second!

We had two lovely days here in Montmin. Janets place is so peaceful, we ended up wishing we had a longer stay. The place itself is well equipped with everything you need, with a supermarket just a 15min drive away it’s easy to get food to make dinner, lunch etc. we spent a morning at lake Annecy (Talloires side) which was a highlight and only about 25min drive away. Janet is a wonderful host, really friendly and helpful. We’d love to come back one day :)

very good stay at Lucie's apartment, it's cozy and works, well located in the city center, we have all the shops nearby on foot and lots of activities going on (skiing, hiking and biking...) perfect for a weekend or vacation

Pleasantly surprised by the accommodation Refurbished, spacious, very pleasant to live in. Downtown in the middle of shops, easy parking nearby. I recommend it.

A very well designed apartment. Very functional. Close to Menthon Saint Bernard beach... short walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

Really lovely apartment in a fabulous location! We will definitely be back :) My only feedback is it would be great to have a few extra pillows on the bed that are a bit thicker but it was such a lovely stay

Great stay and highly recommend.

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few meters in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex gives a good feeling of security. If we had any questions, the landlord responded immediately and gave us very attractive tips for activities, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!

Loved the location of this place. A perfect little spot for the two of us for two nights in Annecy.
