A large living room of 23 m2 with kitchenette, meals, 2-seater sofa bed, a shower room + toilet of 9 m2, an adjoining bedroom of 13 m2 with a large bed and a relaxing armchair, a large 23 m2 bedroom upstairs with two small beds and a relaxation or play area for children. We have renovated our grandfather's house as a family. We believe that you will have pleasant moments there. The house is ideally placed between Lyon- Grenoble- Chambéry close to the mountains, in the middle of the Dolphin countryside. (Lyon 30 minutes, Chambéry 25 minutes, Grenoble 30 minutes). The accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers and families (with kids). EUREXPO is within 30 minutes. Nearby (3 minutes) you will find all the shops you may need.

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Arbo' Gîte: Renovated villa of more than 180 m²

Located in Ain, in Arboys-en-Bugey, close to Belley. A quiet and relaxing corner between lakes and mountains. Our cottage combines the modern and authentic side of a former upholstery store. You will enjoy very large space indoors and out. It has a capacity of 1 to 16 people with a living room of more than 60 m², 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The cottage is adjoining our house but not facing it. The entrance and parking are independent.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.
