We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

A nice place for a couple or small families. We would like to take you to our dream world in the Tyrolean Alps, the little paradise at the foot of the Zugspitze From summer 2022 charging station for electric car. Since I am very active myself, I can provide information about many activities, such as skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, gliding, family program, or special activists such as motocross, go-kart, rafting, canyoning, climbing gym, climbing forest, etc.

Our apartment house is in a quiet, yet central and most beautiful location of Lermoos. Right next to our house is the ski slope and the start of many hiking or biking trails. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area and a private bathroom. Of our 4 apartments, three have a private terrace and one apartment has a spacious balcony. Parking is available for each apartment and there is also a ski/bike storage room.

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I'm sure you'll love my home as much as I do. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.
