Family-friendly vacation rentals in Leptokarya

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

We were really impressed by the property. It is more like a residence which has everything that you will need for a nice stay. It is way better live than the photos and i can say it was the best villa visited in my life and i was in plenty. The host was very friendly and communicative.

We had one week at Villa Hara. Villa was great and best thing was swimming pool. Water was clean and warm. Everyone of us (10 persons) enjoy the place. We play footbal with kids and cook fantastic food in grill area. Place was very peacfully but also near the lovely villge. We have really good time and have a good memories to Villa Hara. We were 7 people and we all loved our stay here! George is an amazing host - he's very kind and friendly, he was making sure that we have everything that we need. The location is great - next to the beach and just 10 merers from the taverna!

We liked the stay! The hosts were very flexible with our arriving and check out times. The rooms were good, the kitchens great, bathrooms fine. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the BBQ. To manange future expectations: beds are a little hard, hot water was medium, and there were some bees at the pool. Apart from that. Amazing place, book it!

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

Amazing stay! Felt right at home. There is EVERYTHING and more you could need for short (or long) stay. The views are breathtaking, the area in general has a lot to offer-from mountains to the beaches to the cultural sites and buzzing towns. Theodoros was very nice and had solid recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. The pool obviously was a blessing on hot days. We highly recommend this place and would come back anytime.

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Lamprini's paintings were lovely. we appreciated the warm scones and fresh fruit! The location was private and peaceful.

The cottage is absolutely adorable. it's in the very end of a dusty road surrounded by stunning views including the sea at the horizon. The house inside has everything needed, with great attention to detail including mosquito repellent. The garder is just lovely. There's thick shadow on one side with a hammock below the wisteria trees. There's a grill in the garden, lovely patio for coffee and dinner. Something quite important for us is the thick well maintained fence that gave us absolute peace of mind leaving the dog outside to play. We would be coming back for sure.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Eleni's house - the garden is beautiful and spacious. The little apartment is clean and big enough to have a comfortable stay. The beach is a 10min walk from Eleni's house. All in all, a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very helpful and always responded quickly to our questions. The place was exactly as described – everything was clean and exactly as we expected. The place is perfect for relaxing, quiet and far from the hustle and bustle – exactly what we were looking for. It was our first vacation in Greece, but certainly not the last. If you're looking for peace, this is the place to be. However, a car is highly recommended, as supermarkets such as Lidl are about 20 km away. Overall, highly recommended!

It was the best! "Greek summer is a mindset"

Such a nice place. Clean, nice bedrooms, privet bathrooms, easygoing people. The place can host 12 visitors- we were 7- but there was place for 12. It’s the perfect place for a group of travellers with various destinations for daily trips.

My existing reservation cancelled on me one day prior to my flight to Greece. I was able to secure Foteinhs’s place right away. She returned my message and confirmed reservation within minutes. She wasn’t available to check me in, in person but it wasn’t her fault and she made it exceptionally easy to get inside and make myself at home. Her place is not particularly easy to find however, she responded immediately and consistently when I contacted her for assistance. Her place was well equipped, immaculately cared for and clean, and very peaceful relaxing. Loved the pool. The beds are not very comfortable, but if you like a very firm bed then you will be ok. I loved everything about my stay.

Very nice and clean space, we stayed 3 nights a group of 10 people and had a great time, unique view you feel that you are on an island!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was perfect and the pool is really fantastic. Zef and Anastasiia were perfect hosts. We would recommend this house to anyone!!
