Vacation rentals with a kayak in Leon County

The house gave a comfy cabin vibe! Loved all the amenities the house had to offer, our favorite were the kayaks. I would recommend this place to friends and definitely stay again. Beautiful remodeled home. Myself and my kids felt so comfortable there, like we were home away from home. Perfect for visiting our fsu student and a get away to the lake for my family. I would highly recommend and will most definitely use again. Thank you so much

Excellent AirB&B! Private room with separate entrance! Comfortable mattress! Clean environment! Host is very comfortable in setting up listings! Nice shared kitchen! Fresh fruit! Room also had snacks, coffee maker, tea maker! Plenty of artificial and natural lighting! Chair in bedroom and bath room! Comfortable, privately controlled AC! Environmental friendly AirB&B!

Philip hosted my father and my father said: “Philip is great. He is vegetarian and is quite into gardening. He’s a very interesting man. We talked for about an hour. Everything inside is clean. He has two houses, each with three rooms he rents out. Renters have full house privileges and Phillip keeps a lot of food for everyone.” Would stay again! Thank you, Philip!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and decided to book a home instead of the normal hotel rooms. The home was just what we needed after a long day at the fields; beautiful views, inviting home with everything we needed, and a comfortable peaceful atmosphere that made winding down easy. We will be back next season!

Philip’s place reminds me of the golden days of AirBnb. Such a cool house in a great location. And Philip was really welcoming. In the days of property management companies and cookie cutter rentals, Philip was a breath of fresh air. There were interesting books and instruments (next time I’m trying the washboard.) There were tons of snacks and food, and amenities, etc. There was also so much fresh fruit and I think that’s the first time I had fresh pecans. I’d definitely stay at Philip’s place again!

Philip was a wonderful host, and his place was exactly as described, and then some. He generously shared fresh fruits and vegetables from his beautiful garden, which made the stay even more special. The home was clean, comfortable, and full of character. The grapevines draped over the backyard pergola makes the home feel like a mini retreat. I highly recommend Philip’s place for your next trip to Tallahassee!

We had a fantastic stay! The house had everything we needed for our quick work trip to Tallahassee. I really appreciated the monitor they provided—since we work remotely, it was such a thoughtful touch that I haven’t seen at other Airbnbs. My husband also loved fishing off the dock. We would definitely book again!
