Vacation rentals with lake access in Lençóis

Stayed the whole month of May in the house, to work remotely and enjoy the area during our free time. Had no issues whatsoever with internet, electricity or water (there is no cell coverage in the valley). The house is located in a quiet condo with 3 other houses, 2 blocks away from the commerces of the village. The house has privacy and is rather quiet. The private little garden on the back is near a public path but the wooden separation makes is still feel relatively private. There are a few hikes that can be started from near the house, the highlight Fumasa waterfall hike being not too far (a quick moto taxi to the entrance saves a bit of time). There are plenty of little shops and restaurants, plenty of choice at walking distance. The village has a very hippie vibe. Only negative points are that we were relatively cold in the house and that the double beds were a bit small (Casal size). Overall a good experience, thank you

Very Bonito, full of nature around, the little house does not have a bathroom, the bathroom and shared of the inn that the little house is part of the same plot, a small house in the inn. If you have no problem seeing other people, this place is Incredible, there's a beautiful little river in the background. We were Received by a Boy Called Cheese, An Incredible Face, Super Syntactic, We Helped Everything We Needed, If It Was Not For Good Will And Cheese Sympathy, We Wouldn't Have Stayed. I highly recommend it, it was one of my best trips.

A very unique space, original design. The neighborhood is local, not touristy. Friendly people, everyone says hello. The only drawback is barking dogs, but this is normal when staying in a local environment here. Lots of birds, flowers, and fruiting trees. Afternoon hammock time is the best!

I had a wonderful stay at Luciana's house in Vale do Capão. The house is super cozy and well located, close to the Vila. The environment is ecological, which I loved, and it has everything you need to feel right at home. The cleanliness was impeccable, and Luciana was extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to help. She did everything in her power to make my stay even more enjoyable. I loved the experience and I certainly recommend it without so much as a second thought to anyone who wants a quiet, comfortable stay with great service!

Our family stayed at the Aroeira Vermelha house for five days, it was very comfortable and pleasant. The reception with Alfajor and coffee from Chapada Diamantina was unforgettable.

The house is comfortable with good location, meeting the proposal for the site. The condominium is very quiet. The hosts are easy to communicate. The only downside is that despite being included in iron and hair dryer amenities, the items were not available. No more, it has an excellent value for money.

The house of Andrés is exactly as described, all new, very clean and comfortable We had great times there! I recommend the place for you to seek tranquility and at the same time proximity to the village. Fernanda and André are very friendly and available! We love it!

We made good use of the time we spent in Lençóis and on the return of the tours, Andres and Fernanda's space, Rocca Villa Boutique, was all we needed to rest with the extra touch of the sound of the Lençois river running at the back of the property. Another attraction is the property's garden, which is very well maintained, providing a moment of relaxing tranquility.

The hosts were super helpful and receptive, gave tips and made themselves available for whatever we needed. The place is new, very clean and comfortable. It's close to downtown to get around by car. It has a great pool and a view of the river next door.

The apartment is brand new! In the late afternoon, when you're in the pool, if you're lucky you can see the monkeys that travel along the river, it's a hoot!

Place well cared for but can improve!! Friendly neighbors, quiet place, good to rest! The host does not live in the village or in the region, which does not allow her to give a real idea of the state of the roads that are known to be bad and complicated, so if you inform if it rained recently before you leave Palmeiras towards the village of Capão, and fill your tank in Palmeiras, if you go with your own car!!

The house is very good and cozy, the surroundings are beautiful, as are the whole chapada. Access to the streets can be a bit complicated, so it's good to be with a suitable vehicle.

What a wonderful place, everything very beautiful, the property extremely tasteful, my son loved the pool, we love the chalet... well decorated and complete, everything we needed to have at our disposal. I would like to thank the hospital and the new friendship built. GRATITUDE.

Lucas place was a dream! Tucked away in beautiful nature and 1 minute from natural pools on the river. The area is private and peaceful and simply gorgeous! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the place felt spacious and comfy. There are lots of trails and rivers to explore very close by, and Luca was always available to give us recommendations or advice. He was a fantastic host! Realistically about a 20 minute walk from town, so unless you have the need to be in town all the time it’s a perfect little getaway. Highly recommend :)

We had an amazing stay in Roberta’s house. It had everything we needed, including an incredible view of the mountains and a private waterfall. Lálio was also very welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. We are looking forward to coming back to Chapada Diamantina and staying here again!
