House vacation rentals in Lemmer

Everything was great! We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is really perfect for switching off for a few days. Since the weather was not good with us, unfortunately we could not do so much, but otherwise there are nice outdoor activities. :)

We were there in June as a group of four – despite the rain and colder temperatures, we were able to enjoy our stay totally thanks to the sauna and the heated pool, which was our highlight! We were very warmly welcomed, the accommodation is really great – we can only recommend it and will definitely come back. The adjacent forest is great for walking and Groningen and Leeuwarden are each just under 30 minutes by car.

A little gem. Great amenities in the garden (against extra cost) was perfect for relaxing once kids were asleep. Enjoyed access to larger park too.

The dune house is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time on Ameland. Located directly on the dunes, you can experience the nature of the island in all its facets. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. Geertje is a great host and communication with her was very pleasant. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend a stay dune house!

We loved our stay at Willem's cottage. It is a beautiful cottage with a spacious garden. All amenities have been thought of. We were with our toddler (2.5) and baby (4 months) and found the cottage well equipped for this. The toddler could play on the trampoline all day and there were plenty of toys. The cottage is also well insulated and can be cooled well. The park was neat and very quiet (in the low season, June). We were regularly the only ones in the pool, even in good weather. The playground was spacious and with many different playground equipment. For groceries and cafes, you can drive to Ommen within 10 minutes. There are several fun activities to do, a visit to the mill was the highlight of the holiday for our toddler. From the cottage you can walk right into the woods. You can feel the tranquility and nature. We can recommend this cottage to everyone!

We had a very nice stay as a family in the very spacious house. The large living room was particularly nice, the kitchen offers everything you need. Jaap was very helpful, gave us tips and was very flexible with a late check-out. The area is wonderfully quiet and idyllic.

We enjoyed the time very much and did many small bike rides. The accommodation is beautiful, quiet and very idyllically located. However, we would not stay in the property again with 5 adults. The loft bed is more suitable for children and unfortunately we were not able to sleep so well, as there was no air coming up under the roof at night (despite the open window) and it became very warm and stuffy. With children, you can definitely recommend the accommodation! :)

The location and the house certainly contributed to the beautiful memories we made during our annual getaway with sisters, mother, brother and aunt!,

We had an incredibly nice time in this tastefully decorated cottage. Everything was perfect: great landscape with cows, ducks, wild birds as the perfect backdrop for our bike tours. We enjoyed staying at and in the house - outside the free-range chickens and inside the great ambience, which enchanted with a lot of love for detail. Definitely we will be back.

We had a great time in Sneek and the place was just perfect for us. Plenty of space, everything you need was available and really tasteful and yet practically furnished. The terrace and whirlpool are special highlights and Petra spoiled us with small snacks and cold drinks upon arrival. The location of the house is great, you can walk very quickly to the city center with many restaurants as well as the supermarket and yet it is quiet and we were able to sleep relaxed. We were also allowed to use the bicycles and took a small tour. All around beautiful!

We were very positively surprised by the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The garden was very nice and perfect for our little dog and the kids. Froukje is a very nice hostess who welcomed us warmly and gave us some tips for the area. Check-in was also uncomplicated and there were even snacks ready. The apartment was very clean and there was everything you needed in it. The distance to the dog beach is super close and the right beach is adjacent. The city is a little further on foot, but also easily accessible and really nice . We would recommend this place and would book it again.

We had a great stay in this super compact and modern apartment. Marcel was on site shortly after we arrived and gave us a quick walkthrough of the place. The location is a bit remote, but very peaceful. We had breakfast outside in the mornings with cows grazing nearby. The apartment has a cozy living area – the kitchen is a bit small, but fully sufficient for our needs. The highlight was definitely the pool – absolutely awesome! There’s a lake just next door. We’d be happy to come back!

We had a really very nice time. We really liked the cottage. The location is totally great and you only need 1-2 minutes to the train station, the ferry or the beach. The only small flaw is the temperature of the house on warm days. Since you sleep under the roof, it is really very warm - you should be prepared for that. Apart from that, the house was well equipped and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back!

A lovely home with beautiful views. Has all the necessary facilities. And a nice host, who responded quickly and also let us know that we could enter the house earlier on the day of arrival. Worth repeating.

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in Geert's cozy cottage. It is very idyllic and quiet, located directly on a small lake, and we were able to unwind wonderfully. Geert was easy to reach and friendly. Everything was very clean and tidy. We liked it so much that we booked the next vacation directly with Geert.

We had a very relaxing stay with six plus dog. The location of the house is very quiet and really beautiful - several times we were lucky enough to admire an enchanting sunset over the lake. Within walking distance, we were several times at the small harbor and were able to relax there. Several small villages are easily accessible by bike, by car we were in various places of the IJsselmeer and in Sneek - all super cute! The house itself is spacious and optimally divided with a ground floor bedroom with its own bathroom but separate toilet that can be used by everyone. The kitchen is well equipped, although we would have liked a regular coffee machine in addition. The combination oven/microwave is super convenient. Big compliment too😉: Finally an apartment with enough hangers!

Beautiful apartment and everything was also clean and tidy. Communication was pleasant. Sufficient crockery and stuff in the kitchen. Nice beds, spacious bedrooms and bathroom. And the roof terrace completed it. Nice environment. Have rented a boat at 'De broek' 6pp electric sloop for 150 euros. Eating at De spot was also good and affordable.

We had a wonderful stay at Marc's apartment, which is modern and tastefully decorated. Everything was very clean and we felt comfortable in all rooms. We found it very convenient to have a safe parking space right in front of the house. Also great: Bakery and supermarket are within walking distance in 10 minutes. Around Sneek there are many excursion possibilities, especially the smaller places, such as Workum, have their own charm and are worthwhile destinations. We will be happy to come back!

A very friendly welcome in a nice quiet Frisian village. Living in a well-kept old Frisian house, close to the water, has very much liked. Those looking for relaxation are in good hands in Grou.

What a gem! Truly had a wonderful stay at Jen and Robs vacation house. We enjoyed all amenities like the sauna and the whirlpool and we’re happy to make use of the fully equipped kitchen. We were 6 grown-ups and 2 under 2s and the weather was really not good. And yet we had enough space and the close by waterpark also has an indoor playground. Definitely would recommend!

A beautiful cottage on the Dokkumer Ee. The opportunity to ride a canoe and SUPs is great - right in front of the living room. The location is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. Hagar is even more perfect! A super nice hostess, always explaining things, very helpful.

Diana was very friendly and gave us many helpful tips. We liked the apartment very much and it was stylishly furnished. The location captivates with its proximity to the center and the furnishings corresponded completely to the description and had a high standard. We would come back here anytime.

The house is wonderfully located directly on a waterway. We would have liked to watch the beautiful sailboats passing by all day, if the great bike tours to the next towns had not lured us away. Andréia is a great host, very friendly and extremely uncomplicated. Thanks also for the short-term support with an e-bike. We will not forget the beautiful atmosphere with sunset on the jetty.

We really enjoyed a few days in the beautiful house, especially the location on the water and the use of the electric sloop finished it. In the house there is enough space for 8 people. Plumbing is prime and the kitchen is well equipped, what you need is there too. Chris is a great host, gave some nice tips where we could go. Super nice environment from the water. What is unfortunate is the fact that there are quite a lot of cleaning costs. Especially if you leave the place neatly tidy like us. Nothing else to note. Recommended.
