In a warm atmosphere combining all the charms of the buildings of yesteryear as well as the most modern amenities, you can enjoy the 80 m² of this apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Let yourself be seduced by this antique house built in 1736 by a city trader and enjoy this ground floor apartment formerly used to store the best wines of Bergerac.

15 minutes walk to the train station and the center. The studio is on the ground floor of our house with a separate entrance. Double bed + sofa bed. Parking is on the sidewalk (unless otherwise indicated, if we are not there). Duvets, blankets, pillows provided. Extra linens and towels at €3 per person. We have a cat who is an expert in the art of crashing... generally cute but clingy ;-) Great barbecue available, as pictured ^^

The flat comprises an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a fitted kitchen, a large comfortable corner sofa and a convivial dining area, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom.
