Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.

Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs.

Chy Noweth ,a peaceful escape with parking

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion.

The Lifeboat

This unique glamping unit has been crafted here at Rosevidney Farm over the past 18months. She is a former oil industry escape craft and when she came her in 2019 was still fully functioning with engine, seatbelts, emergency supplies etc. Now she sits in our Glamping meadow alongside our Safari Tents and Russian Truck. The lifeboat will sleep four in comfort with a King-size Bed and twin singles. There is an ensuite shower and loo, central heating as well as a handcrafted wood burning stove

We had the best time staying at Julia and Neil’s Lakeside Tipi. Everything you need and more is supplied. Small touches like hot-water bottles, extra blankets and marshmallows were so appreciated. There was also a handy folder with instructions on local walks and restaurant recommendations which we loved. We walked to Bakers Pit during our stay and we loved the scenery the whole walk - the accommodation is in such a great location for a proper retreat! Overall Julia and Neil are very attentive and friendly hosts and we’re already looking to plan our return! Thank you so much. Saffi + Jaz

Charming cottage near St Ives.....

In Bracken Cottage you immediately feel at home, you unwind in this lovely cottage that fits like a jacket. Open the curtains in the morning and look into the beautiful greenery (and a blue sky - we were really lucky with the sunny weather). We were warmly welcomed by Helen and later Beccie came to ask if everything was okay. Flowers on the table, a basket with cream tea and bread, milk, butter and eggs... very welcoming, this is greatly appreciated. We did not use the car, did everything by e-bike - although the traffic is quite spicy. Because we stayed here before, we knew the way and the beautiful places to visit. Zennor (pub Tinners Arms, Penzance, Sennen Cove, the galleries, museums and coffee shops in St. Ives etc.). In short: I hope to come back to Beccie's house again. She is a welcoming and fun woman.

We had a fantastic 4 nights at the Tinners Hut. The location was beautiful, with Marks house a good distance away (100m maybe) and no other huts on the property so it really felt like our space. You also get your own meadow at the front of the plot so you don’t have any onlookers when using the shower! Kitchen was very well equipped, and did a good job of keeping the rain off us! Hut is very cosy, and the burner did a great job of warming it up in the evenings. The cream tea was also a lovely touch which we thoroughly enjoyed! Thanks again.

My second stay here and it was consistent, clean,tidy peaceful and infract felt like home. Now I know this area a little better, this place is ideally situated for all the surrounding locations. A walk up Trencrom Hill is a must and if you can stay for the sunset you will not be disappointed. Great place!!

My girlfriend and I along with our dog stayed here. The cottage is easily accessible and in a quiet surroundings. The garden areas are spacious and ideal for our dog with full enclosure. The interior is clean throughout and very homely. A perfect getaway. Thank you for our stay. Best wishes, Liam.
