This type of boat shed has been used (and still used) by Alūksne anglers, storing their boats used when fishing. In the boat house you will enjoy romantic days and evenings, overlooking the castle of Alūksne and the ruins of the castle, the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Alūksne and the restored Cultural Center.
