Newly furnished upper floor apartment on the outskirts of Leipheim. The apartment can accommodate the whole family (2 adults and up to 4 children). Pets are allowed on request. The apartment has a balcony (about 20 sqm). Legoland can be reached via the highway in a few minutes as well as the beautiful old town of Günzburg (forest bath). There is an indoor swimming pool in Langenau 10 minutes away. The ostrich farm and the Leipheimer Moos invite you to take beautiful walks and bike tours.

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Leipheim is a small town in Bavaria, a stone's throw away from Legoland Günzburg (approx. 6 km). Our approx. 73 sqm apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk from the small town center and 10 minutes walk from the Danube, so we are very close to the Danube bike path. From the motorway exit (A8 exit 66) you are at our accommodation in 3 minutes. We live with our two children (boy 10 and girl 13) in the same house with a separate entrance.

At 45 m2, the apartment offers floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors, a high quality kitchen, a bathroom with a rain shower, and a cozy living room and separate bedroom. The main train station, public transportation, and countless restaurants and attractions are quickly and easily accessible by foot. Car can be parked in one of the nearby public parking garages.
