Booked a few times for work colleagues. Lovely property, straightforward checking in.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Anand's. The apartment was clean and as described on the listing. Excellent location close to Brentwood high street, plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants cafes etc. and a short walk (10/15 minutes) to the train station which has Elizabeth line with direct trains into central London. Anand was very helpful and accommodated our extra requests such as providing cots for our baby and toddler, high chair and toddler toilet seat which made our stay much more relaxed. He was quick to respond to messages and easy to get in touch with when necessary. I am happy to recommend a stay at Anand's and wouldn't hesitate to return.

This lovely flat was a great home base for my extended, five week stay. It had everything I needed to feel at home, easy access to London and much of Kent via public transportation, all the amenities I needed, multiple grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and a helpful host. I had a wonderful 7-night stay at this Airbnb. The flat was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and set in peaceful and scenic surroundings—perfect for a relaxing break. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The host was excellent—very responsive and easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to accommodate me when I requested to extend my stay. His flexibility and fast communication really made a difference. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay. Truly an excellent experience from start to finish!

We had a wonderful stay at Halim’s place. Spotlessly clean, great amenities and really homely. Lots of lovely touches, including a great welcome package that kept us going during our stay! Halim was really friendly and responsive. We felt at home straight away and would recommend this place to everyone!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Denzel's place! The flat itself is incredibly stylish with a really cool design that we loved. It was the perfect base for our trip. One of the biggest conveniences was the parking. We traveled by car, and being able to park right in front of the house was a huge plus. Denzel provided us with a daily parking permit, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the area. We were mainly there to visit Rochester, and the flat is super close, making it very easy to get to all the historic sites. We were also pleasantly surprised to find how near we were to the marina, which was a really cool spot to walk around and enjoy.

Clean, homely flat in an excellent location. Within walking distance to several key areas and conveniently located next to a gym for gym goers . Comfortable and well-maintained, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Also well-suited for remote work.

The house was beautiful, tastefully updated and very well organized. We loved using the fireplaces and Kate had the house nicely decorated for the holidays. The kitchen was wonderful and we enjoyed cooking our Christmas dinner there. It was a perfect setting for a vacation rental, lovely grounds, footpaths just around the corner, just perfect! And Kate was very responsive to all our requests. Recommended great local restaurants and a 13th century church for Christmas Day. Excellent accommodation! We loved it!

Carol, was the perfect host. A beautiful house, immaculate, modern and just perfect for a short or long term stay. The location was in the country side with beautiful, relaxing walks. Yet local to all amenities and a short drive to Chelmsford and the train station to London and coastal towns. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

Just wow, this is possibly the nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed in! Beautiful house, everything was high quality, kitchen had everything we could need! We were a big group staying for my daughter’s wedding locally & it was just perfect! I’d come back to this area just for this house!

Stayed for 8 nights and we were very much at home. Doris is an excellent host and super generous. She even prepared a fresh loaf of bread and multiple choices of coffee, cereals, condiments, cheese and multiple sets of toiletries. The house is very clean and organised. The perfect place for any event with family and friends to relax and enjoy the chilled atmosphere with easy access to all facilities in the area. The host of Cantwara was outstandingly welcoming throughout our stay so I would recommend to anyone planning a staycation in the near future and beyond.

Robert was a great host and quick to fix any minor issues. Super house in a quiet area. I was working in the area but if you are a bird watcher there is lots to do. The local pub was very welcoming too. The loo is downstairs which may worry some but was fine with us. The garden was dog friendly as it was fully enclosed. The decor is super stylish.

We had a quick but lovely stay. The house is super cute and cozy and well located. Karen and her family were very friendly and made us feel at home. We are definitely coming back next year.

Once again a lovely visit whenever I come down to the grays area this is the best apartment to be in everything was great and very clean and great communication with host .

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Chris & Hilary were wonderful hosts, they were very proactive and made sure we had every bit of detail about the property and its surroundings. The property is beautiful and clean and its located within short walking distance from the beach. We also loved the private park garden which was our pull factor to the property. Check-in and checkout process was very easy and straightforward. The Internet speed was great and the bed is very comfy. Me and my wife tried to think of any room for improvement to feedback to the hosts and we struggled to come up with anything. We definitely found our holiday home in Southend-on-Sea and we cant wait to stay there again. Thank you Chris & Hilary!

Really great option for our family when visiting friends nearby. A modern apartment in a convenient location. Easy to drive to from the A2 and also walking distance to the centre of Sittingbourne. Despite the central location, it was very peaceful. Appreciated that the host had left us fans for all the rooms, as was the hottest day of the year! Dorjah was friendly in his communications and understanding when my son broke something. We’ll definitely be back next time we go to Kent.
