Yadiry was very kind when she welcomed us into her home, gave us instructions, and showed us how everything worked. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. My family and i had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and fully equipped. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. Rhi and Michael were very responsive. We had some issues with the pool & hot tub and they sent someone to fix it the next morning. They also worked with us on an early check in. The no pet fee is also a very nice bonus! The dock & paddle boat was a fun added touch. My husband was surprised by a decently large lizard (about 3 ft) sun bathing on the dock. The dock is surrounded by trees so you can’t see it until you get down to it. We also saw plenty tiny lizards outside & also one in the house. The bicycles were fun too, i only wish there were 4 so we all could have gone on a bike ride together. The only other constructive criticism i have is some of the appliances could use to be updated as well as the kitchen sink/faucet. Also, the outside tiki area/tables n chairs needs to be added into the cleaning routine before guests check in. Saved 4 future stays!

The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and appliances. There is no direct access to the fenced area from the airbnb. I was so glad to find an affordable place to stay that was pet friendly. Overall I would stay here again.

The house is beautiful and in perfect condition. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. My family and I had a very happy stay.

This was by far one of our favorite Airbnb’s. It was perfect for us (and our two dogs). And just as beautiful as the pictures! The Airbnb is very clean and organized. Everything we needed was provided. There were clear instructions written out, but if we had any questions, Loree responded quickly. We mostly hung out at the Airbnb, but walked into town, which was less than a 10 minute walk. We met Loree, who is one of the nicest people we have met. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay throughout our entire stay. Looking forward to going back and renting her Airbnb too!

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. From the moment we walked in until we left, we felt very at home. The house was exactly as described in the listing, but honestly went above our expectations. It was decorated beautifully and felt homey. There were board games and pool floats available for use, which was very kind. The library room (with an excellent selection of books) also had a full-size massage chair, which was amazing. The pool and spa might have been our favorite part. We loved that it was clean and the perfect temp for our use. Maria, our host, was quick to respond when I messaged her. Truly, this little weekend getaway went better than we hoped for, and we are grateful. We are hoping to make this a yearly girls getaway, and also hope to be able to stay here again. My husband, our two dogs, and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the Cape Villa! The home exceeded our expectations in every way, from the thoughtful starter essentials (like laundry detergent and pantry basics) to the beach gear that made our day by the ocean even more enjoyable. As a pet-friendly rental, it was perfect! With a fenced-in yard, dog bowls, waste bags, and little touches that made traveling with our pups so easy and comfortable. It’s so clear how much Anthony & Laura care about their home and how much they’ve invested into making it welcoming, comfortable, and well-equipped for guests. The pool was perfect, the location was ideal, and they were truly amazing hosts… responsive, warm, and kind. We felt completely at home and genuinely didn’t want to leave. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

We have no words that can describe the amazing experience we had during our stay. We had an amazing wedding weekend. They allowed us to take pictures with the horses! They have a beautiful property with big tall tress. It just all felt very enchanting. I would recommend 100%. The farmhouse is adorable with a modern vintage style. Great opportunity for beautiful photos. Carla and the co-hosts are lovely and accommodating.

Ximena and Rogerio were wonderful hosts! They helped us with everything we needed. Their place was very cute and clean and they were super responsive!

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay and have a relaxing weekend and we came accross susanas house and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, comfortable beds and fresh linens.and a really nice pool The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the outdoor space—it was great for relaxing in the evenings. Our host was very friendly and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and they provided clear instructions and great local tips. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I almost want this to stay a hidden gem so it's always available for me.. This was my top three vacations!! They literally thought of EVERYTHING! We never wanted to leave the house!! I travel a lot mostly hotel stays but lots of BNB’s this was #1 it has to be experienced!!
