You can stay a night or two or a week with all the conveniences of home. The start of this project was a box off a u haul truck. Now it is a cozy tiny home where animals come right up to the deck and you can enjoy sunsets over the pond. We love to have this place where families can come out and get away from the rat race of life and enjoy being out in nature. Guests are welcome to join us for whatever activities we are doing during your stay whether its working in the garden and harvesting fruit, or caring for the animals and milking the goats.

Clovers Cabin

Clover's cabin is a very cozy little place on Straight Mountain on a very curvy road. Update: We now have WIFI. Beautiful view in the winter, you can see for miles. Lots of tree coverage in the summer, which brings privacy. It sits about 200 feet from our home. A nice quiet place other than the animal noises. You can hike right out the back door. Please read entire guest manual under INFO FOR GUESTS, POST-BOOKING DETAILS. Give Code word to confirm it was read. Thank you

Cute bungelow with a great screened in porch offering the best sunsets in Birmingham! Clean and comfy with high quality bedding! Much better than your standard hotel room! Great location with plenty of room for my family. House was well maintained and stocked with all the extras (blankets, towels, pillows, air matress). Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. We did get to see several of the wild turkeys which the kids though were pretty cool.

We were in town for a wedding so there was not much time to enjoy the extras of the house. We did make use of the movie room and loved the massive couch. It’s rare for a family six to all easily recline and enjoy a movie together! I think the kids did play pool and ping pong between events when they could. It was definitely a lovely view and a nice touch with the strung cafe lights outside. I do want to say ALL of the beds were great. I hate showing up to a place and finding a fifteen year old squeaky spring mattress. This place was great and everyone slept well. The place was clean and check out was super simple. I’m used to rentals that make you feel like the cleaning crew at the end of your stay. That was not the case here. Just a few simple steps and you were good to leave. Which was really nice. If we had a reason to be in the area, I would definitely rent again.

This location and farmhouse were great for relaxation and just an opportunity to get away from the city. I would stay here again. Loved the front porch and Valentine, the donkey. Highly recommend this stay.

Andy’s space provided functionality in a quiet area! First the communication was impeccable and timely. Every question or concern that I had was answered efficiently. There was plenty to do from gameplay to pool time with ample room for extra miscellaneous activities you would want to bring along. There is a family grill, which is a necessity for a getaway because who doesn’t love to barbecue? Everything that you would need was very easy accessible. The home was clean, big, and beautiful for my family and I. I would definitely attend again if the future permits!

We had a great time at “grandma barbs” felt like we were visiting family! Comfy feel,slept great only thing I would say is the cops are ridiculous in the area at night. Chelsea Police searched our car for drugs for over a hour.Other then that no complaints lots to do.We really appreciated the care she took and the snacks and refreshments she left for us,along with the apple juice for my one year old son.😊
