The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

This was our second visit, we enjoyed it so much two years ago. It is a steep but lovely walk out of town away from the tourists (there is a bus if you time it right) but absolutely worth it for this delightful house with views from every window. Silvano is kind and helpful and we enjoyed olives and fresh figs from his garden.

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view is the absolute highlight. The rooms are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

We stayed 2 weeks in Casa Michele. A beautiful and spacious house in a quiet village. A small supermarket is next to the house and has sandwiches and other basic things every day. Around the corner, you can rent a boat via Boat2Go. A few houses away there is a bar/cafe/restaurant and at the lake, which is a few streets away, there is a bar and restaurant. Here we had breakfast, cappuccino and croissant, right on the lake in a beautiful location. From the village, you can do a few nice walks and hikes, from sturdy to heavy. In the house there is everything available such as a coffee machine with coffee, dishwasher, a TV with Netflix, good beds and a washing machine. There was no kettle yet but Michele bought it for us. There is a basic pan set. We cooked a few times ourselves and went out to eat for the rest. Milan and Monza (circuit) can be reached within an hour. Furthermore, the area is very beautiful. We have had a nice time.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

Villa Fede is absolutely the perfect stay to explore Lake Como. Michela is very helpful, thoughtful and an incredible host. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation which perfectly matched the description. The charming asset: the spa and jacuzzi with stunning views of the lake. 😍 A big thank you to co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in exchanges before, during and after our stay. Our stay in Alessandras apartment was amazing. The place is exactly as seen in photos and you are less than 60 seconds from the lake. The views nearby are amazing! Alessandra was very responsive, offering recommendations and doing all she could to be of assistance. I would highly recommend staying here.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

If this place is available while you are looking for a place to stay, I would highly recommend!! In my opinion, the apartment is better than the pictures, and the view, is breathtaking. I wasn’t familiar with the towns around Lake Como when looking for a place to stay, but I kept getting drawn back to this place because of the pictures. I am so happy I chose this place!! On our 5 day/ 4 night trip, we enjoyed swimming in the pool when we got there, day 2 found a local spot in the town to swim in the lake, day 3 took the ferry to Bellagio, day 4 stayed local and enjoyed the town and swimming pool and lastly on day 5 soaked in the view a little longer while drinking coffee on the balcony before leaving. We could not have asked for a better trip with my family of 5, mother and dog. This place exceeded our expectations and I would stay here again and recommend to anyone who asks! Thank-you again to Christian and his dad Antonio for being such great hosts!!

“A Unique and Heartwarming Experience” The bamboo house, though made of wood, was truly unique and offered a different kind of stay. It was surprisingly spacious inside and thoughtfully equipped—Maria has done a wonderful job setting it up.they genuinely connected with us and made us feel welcome. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for something warm, peaceful, and out of the ordinary.

Raffaella is a friendly and responsive host. She was flexible with our check-in when our train was running late. She provided great recommendations on food and activities. The apartment is in a prime location if you are traveling by train. It is perfectly situated between the station and the waterfront. There is plenty to do and eat within walking distance.

Roberta is a Superhost, always quick to respond and attentive to our needs. The apartment is exactly as described and was perfect for our needs. Lots of maps, guides and the tourist information centre is close by together with a supermarket. Also a short walk to the train station/bus stop/ferries to explore the area. Lecco is a lovely town on Lake Como with good restaurants plus stunning scenery to enjoy.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. Irene was very friendly and helpful. She greeted us with pastries and prosseco. As I was nervous about the substitute communication which unfortunately now makes it difficult to move over Como lake, she was even ready to give us a ride in her car. I felt safe knowing that if anything we have the support of such a kind person. The apartment itself is well equipped, there is literally everything you need and even more. There is an ironing board and iron, wine opener, cheese knife, oil and basic kitchen items. Very close to the lake and the train station. Incredibly recommend this place.

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

Elena is a wonderful host who is quick to respond. The home is right on the lake with breathtaking views. Elena ensured the home was clean and ready for our arrival. She was very kind to provide welcome prosecco, coffee and some snacks. Elena and her husband were kind enough to provide recommendations and helped by making dinner reservations for us. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I would recommend their property to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful location directly on the lake.

Comfortable and quiet accommodation with excellent host. Views are as pictures show and lovely to relax on small balcony. Having asthma and slight mobility problem I did struggle with the 10 minute walk, all uphill, from town to home. The only other route consisted of 97 uneven stairs, the middle section being unlit. The apartment is twenty stairs up with no handrail. Taxi fare at night was only 10 euros so not a major problem. Also the C30 bus passes at the top of the road.

We spent 10 days in the beautiful apartment, which left nothing to be desired. The view is fantastic, the location quiet and idyllic. You could buy the essentials in a few minutes in a small nearby shop. We highly recommend the place. If you're looking for a break, you'll find it there.

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!
