Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.

Heated pool, ( October til May) under the oaks, large fenced in yard, take the 4 bikes out for a cruise around the neighborhood or get the family out kayaking in the Bay, 1 double, 3 single kayaks, 1 paddle board , paddles and life jackets, 1/4 mile to 3 sisters springs! Our family has been coming here years and love the area
